This review is long overdue. I lived in the Villa Siena complex for three years and prior to that I lived at Palm Lakes for five years, both of which are managed by the same company. I cannot express enough the gratitude I have for both Bridget and Athena who are managers at PL and VS, respectively. As a graduate student, it was often a struggle to pay rent on time and I communicated frequently with them when that was the case. I made plans for getting rent paid, kept them up to date on those plans, and each time, they were so gracious and understanding. The first time in my life that I struggled

My wife and I have been living in our one bedroom for over half a year and plan on staying until we move from Fresno in 3 years. We originally wanted to have a house when relocating back to Fresno but after living here and interacting with the positive staff and having the updated amenities, we don't plan on leaving until we have to. The rent is affordable and the complex is always well kept. I also love how there is always parking available fairly close to your apartment. Not including the assigned covered parking and garage (included with a small monthly fee) which is also an added bonus to living

Best apartments to call home. My wife and i have been here for 2 years and we are very happy. The manager Athena is the best! Very professional, organized and you never know if she is having a bad day, because she always has a smile for everyone. I would recommend villa siena to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

My wife, daughter and I love this place. We love our neighbors, the management is professional, supportive, and responsive. Everything you need is nearby (Costco, Walmart, GBE, Winco, Target, Freeway, Pharmacies, Park, etc.). We highly recommend Villa Siena as a place to live until you feel you are ready to invest in a home.

This was a safe haven for me when I needed a place to call home after my divorce and house sale. Athena manager was awesome on top of all request. Ivan was quick for any repairs. If your looking for a beautiful quiet place to live, please stop here amazing location and staff. Thanks Athena and Ivan wish I could take you with me to my new condominium.

I've been here 3 years. These apartments are very nice and luxurious. I always get complimented when people visit. Also they're well built. No thin walls here!
The issue is the price. I understand it costs money to have nice things! But my rent will be $995 for a 1x1 as if 2/1/16. That's rather steep for NW Fresno in a declining area. I used to pay $820 just two years ago and that was fair. Even $900 is fair. But not $995. People are socked when I tell them my rent. I nearly cry each time the price leaves my mouth. I blame the inflation on the property's management company

Honestly, I don't want to rent anywhere else after living here. lol
We moved into the 2bd 2.5 bth last October and signed a 14 month lease, and we LOVE this place. The apartment is beautiful, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, ceiling fans (that also dim), and HUUUUGE closets in the bedrooms!! The grounds are always kept clean and the yard company comes every week. The manager Sarah is super sweet and always takes care of anything we need. And the electric BBQ grills by the pool (w/ lunch tables) is really nice during the summer to go BBQ and swim. We love our home here. :)
