Sonja is the owner of Demco Fitness. She works with a wide range of clients. From young athletes, to general population, to yogis, to cyclists, to athletes with sport specific goals, to her mother. Sonja helps members meet their goals, along with teaching them the tools to live a healthy and happy lifestyle.

Services
Check out our at home workouts that can be done outside of the gym with no to little equipment. If you are looking for remote/online training please contact us. We can train you whether you are in Belltown, Seattle or somewhere around the world. Optional equipment: yoga mat, weight of some sort, pen and paper to write down the finisher at the end.

I've been training with Sonja at Demco Fitness for the past two years and for the first time ever I have found a gym that is perfect for me. Sonja always provides the right balance of pushing me forward while also taking into my body's specific issues/needs. When I need a modification for my knee, Sonja is quick to find 3 or 4 alternatives right off the top of her head. I can't recommend Demco Fitness enough!

This place is worth every penny. I’ve been going to the semi-personal classes for over a year now and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. When I first started, I was a gym newbie. I had zero body strength. Sonja’s training (the owner) is so good that I can now actually do a pull-up! Her classes are welcoming to all people and all fitness levels.

I have been going to Demco Fitness for 2 years and love it! It offers so much more than other places. Whether you have 1:1 workouts or attend a semi-private session, Sonja and her staff know what you should be doing. I was amazed during a semi-private with 5 other people how much attention was focused on each of us – correcting movement, answering questions and giving encouragement. Fitting in was one of my concerns but at this gym you see every body type and every age group; and each person has their own goals. My workout is updated regularly which keeps it from being boring and gives me a feeling

Sonja Demco is the best trainer I have ever had. My program is individualized based on my goals and fitness level. The program changes every 4 weeks. I am able to do skills/activities I never thought I could do in my mid 50’s. I have fun.... and have met really wonderful people who also train with Sonja. She is also very knowledgeable of nutrition and addresses the importance of being emotionallly healthy If that is support you need from her. She is a fantastic, caring person who knows her stuff.... so very thankful for her.

I've been doing semi-personal training with Sonja at Demco Fitness for a few years and have never been bored with my training. I also train for marathons, while other Demco Fitness members have their own fitness goals, and Sonja is able to seamlessly accommodate each person's plan to meet our individual goals. This is a very community-oriented gym--your workout will definitely be challenging, but you'll also definitely have a fun time!

Demco Fitness is my favorite place to train! I moved back to Seattle from Austin, where I had an awesome trainer who pushed me and worked to build my fitness, endurance and strength – leaving me with high expectations.
