Steven Davis the Owner of Davis Fitness Method and have been a Certified Personal Trainer for the last 11 years. She is a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and Certified Physical Preparation Specialist who is passionate about exercise. Long is a NASM certified personal trainer. With over 10 years of personal training experience I've had the priviledge of training a variety of people from ages 12-81 with all types of backgrounds. If you have been given permission from your doctor and/or Physical Therapist and cleared for exercise then yes. If not, you will need to be cleared before we can continue training.

Steven is a fantastic trainer. As someone who isn't particularly enthusiastic about exercise, I really appreciated his holistic approach to fitness. Beyond just being extremely knowledgeable about physiology and health, Steven has done a fantastic job of cultivating a welcoming and encouraging space to train. It's very clear that he cares about and is invested in his clients' success.

Fitness isn’t just a career for Steven, its his passion and you can tell: you can seem him practicing what he preaches in the gym everyday on his well formulated instagram account, he is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and nutrition as well as actively seeks new literature, technology and classes on health and fitness.

Stevens commitment to fitness is contagious and that truth is magnified as soon as you step into Davis Fitness Method. Yes the equipment is fantastic but when you enter you realize you haven't entered a gym. This is a mans visionmmanifested in real time. Every piece of the space is intentional and the ambience is brooding yet inspirational. Everyone enclosed is there to engage their goals with the tools gained by being apart of the Davis Fitness Method.

Training at DFM has been a truly rewarding experience. I've been with Steven for the past few years and he's worked with me every step of the way. He's built a safe and effective routine for me which focuses on overall fitness and long-term goals. I've seen myself grow in more ways than just my physique. I’m not usually the type of person who writes reviews but with the experience I’ve had at the Davis Fitness Method it’s hard to keep quiet! Steven and Jasmine make the environment so welcoming and for an introvert who had zero gym confidence, this was life changing! Jasmine has been my Personal Trainer for 3 months now and she’s really taken the time to teach/educate me well enough during our in-person training sessions, so that when I go to my home gym I have the knowledge of what I’m doing and why I’m doing it. I've been working out in Steven's small group training sessions for just over a year. I have been a member at many gyms in the past but would never go because I had no idea what to do and little motivation to get into a routine of regularly working out. Last fall, I finally wanted to break that habit and form a new one of regularly working out and strength training. I highly recommend Davis Fitness Method. Steve (Or Mister Davis, as I like to call him) is a super trainer. It's not just that he is an expert in the field (and always looking to improve and learn more) but his level of commitment and passion is top notch. I have been training with Steven for the past six months and it has exceeded all expectations. I went in with the goal of two things; 1. Recover the strength and balance lost from acl reconstruction six months prior and 2. Change my relationship with working out . I have been struggling to find a good coach in a very long time until I found Davis Fitness Method. I was looking for someone who not only trains me on the techniques but coaches me about overall health, fitness and motivates me. Essentially like what a coach of a sports team would do for a star player. Steven definitely knows the science but also is empathetic enough to make me feel comfortable and confident in the gym.
