The fact this review is nearly two months late tells you that I would have never found an apartment in Portland without Kim and Melissa. Moving with a dog, to a new state, with an ongoing pandemic -yikes! They made the most anxiety inducing part of my move totally painless, found me a place that fit my checklist to a T, and are honestly rockstars. 10/10 highly recommend Team Arrive!

I was kind of freaked out about being able to find a suitable rental home in Portland because the market there is so hot, and we are still under semi-lockdown because of Covid-19 restrictions around the country. Arrive Portland (Melissa and Kim) helped me find a great house within my budget in a pretty short timeframe. They made sure when visiting potential rental properties, to give me an accurate assessment of each one. Such a relief to have that big decision made--and with such a great result!

Their service fee was 100% worth it. I highly recommend their services, especially if you are relocating from out of the area. You need someone who knows the neighborhood, knows the challenges, and knows how to navigate a highly competitive market. They meet and exceed those needs.

Kim and Melissa were very helpful in finding me a Portland apartment. It was easy to coordinate with them while in another city and the process was a breeze. We had an amazing experience with Team Arrive. Due to the pandemic, we moved into a new home to rent without being able to see it in person. Kim and Melissa helped us find a beautiful home in Portland that met every requirement we had. Moving is always stressful, but they made it easy for us, from handling all correspondence with the rental agency, doing a video tour of the apartment for us, and helping to negotiate an additional pet on the lease. We are thankful for how simple they made the whole process of moving to a new city!
