I have resided here for the past 6+ years and I have nothing but great things to say about the Maintanence Staff at the Merdian on Shelbyville complex. Even though individual members of the Maintanence staff have come and gone, their standards and attentiveness is literally the best I have ever experienced in the rental market. Work orders are completed, if not instantly, within 2 days. After regular business hours there is always an on-call team member to assist with emergencies. The property itself is always immaculate. The Maintanence Staff is truly a team that goes above and beyond.

My girlfriend and me. Came to tour the unit and area today and we was amazed by all of the amenities, unit space and most importantly the pricing of units. We are for sure considering The Meridian. You will hear from us very soon.

Please ensure you do a walk through when you leave. I called management several times to determine if I needed to come back to Louisville to walk through. It was presented to me like that wasn't an option and I just needed to turn in my keys. Needless to say I lived in the apartment only 6 months and was sent a bill with outrageous charges. I am an… extremely clean person with a fully potty trained pet. I was charged $435 for new carpet. It's almost shocking. The apartment was left clean with no stains. My husband and I moved here last August. We love the location and the apartments are very nice. Maintenance has been excellent, staff is helpful and residents are friendly. We feel very safe here, walking our dog after dark, etc. I would recommend the Meridian to anyone looking for a place to call home.
