Services
Our 45-minute total body sculpt fitness class. It combines Kangoo jumps and toning sticks for ultimate cardiovascular and strength training. A 45-minute fitness class utilizing Kangoo jumps fitness boots to have fun getting fit indoors and outdoors. A 45-minute fitness class that combines weight training while incorporating the use of Kangoo jumps.
SweattBoxx Wellness Center offers two unique and customized services for our Youth both virtually and in-person classes. A safe and effective fitness program for youth, that use Kangoo jumps rebounding shoes. It challenges them to use their creativity with the use of games, to keep the class engaged the entire time.

Daniel is my personal trainer and his technique is excellent. He focuses on making sure you’re working out correctly to prevent injuries and for me personally he focuses on repetition rather than heavy lifting. When I first started about 5 months ago I couldn’t put any weight on my left knee which meant I had to do modified versions of some of the workouts. Daniel assured me he would have my knee in shape in no time because there was no actual injury that had been done to it to cause this pain, and he was right. I have no more knee pain, and I’m getting stronger with each workout. The space
