Our trainers take your weight loss and wellness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan. With years of successful experience, we are capable of analyzing your body, while creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your wellness goals.

We can pair you with equipment while working with you personally, to keep you on track when it comes to your weight-loss, exercises, and fitness program goals in Indianapolis. We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult. Our goal is to change your view on healthy living so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle.
Services
Our 45-minute total body sculpt fitness class. It combines Kangoo jumps and toning sticks for ultimate cardiovascular and strength training. A 45-minute fitness class utilizing Kangoo jumps fitness boots to have fun getting fit indoors and outdoors. A 45-minute fitness class that combines weight training while incorporating the use of Kangoo jumps.
SweattBoxx Wellness Center offers two unique and customized services for our Youth both virtually and in-person classes. A safe and effective fitness program for youth, that use Kangoo jumps rebounding shoes. It challenges them to use their creativity with the use of games, to keep the class engaged the entire time.

My daughter has been a Kangaroo Bounce kid for almost 2 years now,and she absolutely loves it!!!
And I love how the instructor incorporates education in their weekly bounce classes. I would 100% recommend this class!!!

Amazing energetic workouts with extraordinary coach!! Sweattboxx made me sweatt a lot but because of the boots bouncing was really easy on my joints. I loved it! Thank you Suzette!!!

Daniel is my personal trainer and his technique is excellent. He focuses on making sure you’re working out correctly to prevent injuries and for me personally he focuses on repetition rather than heavy lifting. When I first started about 5 months ago I couldn’t put any weight on my left knee which meant I had to do modified versions of some of the workouts. Daniel assured me he would have my knee in shape in no time because there was no actual injury that had been done to it to cause this pain, and he was right. I have no more knee pain, and I’m getting stronger with each workout. The space

Awesome facility with a variety of classes. They have Kangoo Jumps classes for kids and adults. Suzette is an amazing instructor!

Suzette & Daniel are Awesome! You get way more than trainers focused on helping you with your body goals, etc. They want you to be physically & mentally fit! They understand that wellness is more than physical & focus on helping you to get & maintain that balance.
Even the SweattBoxx clientele supports & pushes each other to help meet goals.
