If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had numerous issues with this complex but this last time really did it for me. Called them about my toilet water continuously running, being very high and the pressure being super high as well. Told them that whenever I did try to shut the valve off so the water wasn’t running all night water sprayed everywhere. Got told it was fixed but whenever I came home the toilet was still running, called them and reached the answering service who told me that they said they had been trying to call me all day (did not receive a single call) due to my apartment being

In February 2021 i had black mold all over my ceilings,windows,daughters bed and corners of my living room EVERYWHERE!!(my 2nd time reporting mold). I contacted the front desk and the landlord Dana Wareen. She did something about it weeks later... then some guys came to only spray over it. I SPECIFICALLY told her how does she expect me and my daughter to live like this...its not safe.
It is now May 2021 thankfully my lease finally ENDED. My apartment is moldy again spreading faster than ever, but this time it has affected ALL of my belongings and my expensive couch that i

I lived at this complex for several years. The communication between office and person leasing is the absolutly unacceptable.This last year was the absolute worst. Several phone calls to the office just for them to complete a simple task. God forbid if you have a water leak they tell you itll be fixed immediately...... 4 MONTHS LATER they finally showed up. My air conditioning was leaking all over the place and also soaked through the wall covered in BLACK MOLD. Management told me that it wasn't mold that I didn't know what I was talking about. Dana is the new property manager and I don't know
