The landing outside of the apartment door is raggedy, deteriorating, damaged, falling apart, a tripping hazard and has been that way for years. I am thankful no one had been injured. I wonder can I call some type of inspector to force them to do the necessary repairs. DO NOT TRUST THESE PICTURES, THE APARTMENTS ARE NOT THAT NICE AT ALL.

This is me and my husbands very first place together and have had so many questions on the apartments along with the registration process. Thankfully Caryn in the leasing office (who is the only one in the office) has been beyond helpful and patient, answering any and all questions I have had. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us and who is very knowledgeable.
I will post an UPDATE once we have officially moved in and settled down. The apartments is currently going through renovations and can’t wait to see how the living standards and conditions will be for our first year.

Pros:
The staff are kind.
Great Location.
Mostly a quiet neighborhood.
Cons:
Cockroaches !!!! The staff even had my apartment sprayed but they were still there.
We have designated parking spots but other residents and visitors would park in my spot. I would call the tow company to have the car moved but even that was hit or miss.
The water is either burning hot or cold. There is a delicate balance with the water. Be careful. I’ve burnt my hands several times.

So far my stay here has been good, Royall is on top of everything and friendly. mostly quiet area my only real problems is visitors parking in our parking spot instead of parking in the visitor section and the fact the visitor parking is so far from my building when I have people over, the water pressure in both my bathrooms are extremely low and trash doesn't get emptied often enough outside.

I scheduled move in on March 27. I had to contact the leasing agent to confirm move in for the 27th. Scheduled an appointment (Noon) to sign my lease (due to COVID). Call and set up my utilities. On the 27th I arrived for my appointment and the property manager had no notice of my appointment. The apartment # in which they had me scheduled for was not ready. In a scramble they tried to figure out how to get the apartment ready. They contacted me at 3pm to let me know that the apartment did need some repair and they were sending the cleaning crew in. Hello, my stay here has been wonderful. The staff in the office has always been kind. The maintenance has been a god send. He has help me get in my home when I was unable to walk myself. Always here when I need him whether my dishwasher wasn't working or a friend to check on me. Great young man. I will stay here as long as they are here. Thank you

I am very pleased with living here, it's quite and very well lit at night also the maintenance crew is amazing they are very quick to fixing whatever you need fixed. The office staff is amazing very sweet ladies that always listen to any concerns or questions you have. Come this January this will be my 3rd year living here and I can say this is the only place that my rent will be affordable for me.

Love it!! There’s not many apartments here in Harker Heights but this is my first apartment here in Texas. The leasing managers are so nice, very professional, understanding & attentive. My apartment is great, I love the fact that my balcony is off my bedroom. It’s very quiet and convenient area to live in as well.
