Tiffany was so helpful from the beginning to the end of our move from out of state. She was very responsive with all email and phone communications and since moving in she has checked on us to make sure all is well with the apartment. The apartment complex is very clean, quiet and well kept. I just want to thank Tiffany so much she truly made our moving experience painless.

I just recently moved to Killen and found Country Place Apartments. Tiffany was so helpful with helping me through out my whole entire process. She answered all my questions and concerns. She truly cares for the customer and made sure that everything went smooth and that I was satisfied. Tiffany absolutely has great customer service skills something that is hard to find these days.

The pool is the single greatest sell these apartments have, and was the reason I signed my original lease. Unfortunately, and what I came to find out however, is that it's often closed and never clean. For example, during summer 2021, the pool was only open for a total of a month. That includes late May, closing in late June. You could check these apartments on almost any given week, and you will find that the pool is either closed, unclean, or just simply closed for no reason at all. It was a huge let down for me.

My husband and I lived here a year. At 9 AM the day we were moving in, the front desk told us that our floors were being redone, so they asked us to come back at 5 PM. We went back around 5:30 PM, and they asked us to come back in 2 hours. Our shower handle broke when we moved in. The stove tops looked like someone took them out and didn’t care to put them back the right way. The living room light did not work. Most of the outlets didn’t work, and the water was shut off quite often. We also got random charges every month with no explanation. Overpriced, is nothing like the pictures, and nothing

Tiffany is the WORST! She has no heart and is soo soo rude! We have been here for almost a year and CAN NOT wait to leave mainly because of her! She snaps at you and has zero compassion. She is in bed with Leon’s towing so be prepared for your car to be towed. She also does nothing about noisy neighbors or their animals barking all through the night. Who ever owns this place should find a new manager because I’ve heard countless stories of incidents with Tiffany from other people living here by the pool and park area. So much gossip but man some stories I’ve heard with her! So awful.

Tiffany does not show compassion for situations that people are in. I am a veteran and I currently lost my correctional Officer job due to covid and applied to many programs that the VA offered and all she cared about was money. She even charged us 50 dollars the FIRST day we moved in for a bag on my patio. It was from moving in I was getting everything organized. Not once did she assist to try to help and maybe even understand my situation. But that's my experience. Ask around with other people maybe you'll enjoy it here.

The place looks decent was the only place available to move in when I came to Texas ..regret moving in would never recommend to friends or family. If your not military affiliated your would be trap until lease is up they don’t work with you if loose job or got hurt. Ac unit don’t properly work hot water only works best for one shower gotta wait about 15-30 so the hot water don’t go out on you My partner lost her job of $20 and have not found a job of once the lady in the office told us get out there and find a job but not been lucky find anything and goes up started 1,064 now we are on 1

Good location and well kept grounds, maintenance works in a very timely manner and is super friendly and accommodating. Price for rent is about $200/mo too expensive in my opinion, just overall quality of apartment and size is just not worth the price. Probably wont resign lease due to size of apartment and price for it.
