Well i would share details of the place if i actually lived there. But for some reason they keep calling me trying to collect a debt after numerous times telling them I've never lived there, don't even live in Texas and after being harassed by them over a dozen times I've finally had enough. I will be filing a class action suit against them for harassment and mental suffering because they keep interrupting my day trying to collect a "debt" from me. Or maybe I'll just call this a scam and put them on blast everywhere so other people don't fall victim to them.

So a friend and I went up there to look at the house and it was okay. When we tried to apply for it we got absolutely no answer, we been calling for days and we still haven’t received an answer but when called from a different phone number they answered. Then, I had a friend go up to the office and they were in there and when I told her we were calling, they picked the phone up and shut it back down.. i know we met the requirements, but if there were other applicants on the house then you should tell people

Really interested in putting in an app here! I spoke to the Manager, Katherin, on the phone and she was great! She walked me through the application process and even gave me some tips to help my move. She was very informative and helpful, and the property itself seems really nice! It’s not wonder there’s a waitlist; great staff and overall very appealing complexes.

Waste of time. Initially said we were approved. Said move in date was a month away. We waited a month. The week before we were set to "move in" we get a call saying we were over qualified and cant get in. They wasted an entire month that I could of been looking for other places to tell me this. Dont waste your time here.

I recently moved out and I wouldn't ever recommend this property to anyone, not even a homeless person. The property is always switching management. The new manager Brittany is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to speak with her about the condition of the apartment when I left to ensure I wouldn't be charged for certain repairs. While I was speaking she interrupted me several times and failed to maintain eye contact. The unit I was occupying was in horrible condition when I moved in. However, being that I desperately needed a place in 2016 I accepted the unit. I made reports to management

Im absolutely in love with this place we have lived here for going on 4 months n it is the best...its relatively quiet the apartments are very roomy for our family, the rates are reasonable and we had same day service when our oven went out..the staff is so friendly and fun I adore them :) I recommend this place very highly to anyone looking for a place
