I’m glad my family and I have moved out. Our car got towed before, and we dealt with rodents in our apartment multiple times and was told we didn’t have mice after I personally scheduled a pest control manager to confirm we did. The stay in the beginning was good, until a few months later. So, to make peace we simply moved out. Thanks to management for being understanding.

This place is amazing. The staff and workers are phenomenal and are always willing to help. Many times when I go into the front office to discuss something Tina is always there to help and will do anything she can to help with the problem. Always very professional and nice!! I’m so happy that me and my husband call this place home!!

Arbors of Killeen is amazing. Tina the apartment manager is an absolute doll and so helpful. My husband is unexpectedly coming home from deployment months early and i needed a place stat. When i mean stat, i mean in 3 days. And me being out of state made it hard. But Tina made it happen. I have been to my fair share of locations and they were trash. But i arrived here and wow was i impressed. You could say i have Champagne taste on a beer budget. This place met my standards and more. I feel so safe and happy being here. I Am so glad i found this place! Highly recommended!

When I can looking for a place to live, Tina, the property manager made me feel extremely welcomed. She pretty much jumped through hoops to get my apartment ready in three days as I needed a place ASAP.
Since moving in, it had been nothing but a pleasurable experience living here. Most everyone on the property is cordial and will speak to you.
The staff has been excellent and if ever there is an issue they are right on top of it. Tina really knows how to run a property and a staff and all of the staff are friendly and professional all the time.
