My wife and I lived here for a few years until we decided to move closer to the hospital due to her pregnancy and to be closer to my office for work. We moved out completely on Dec 7th and had a final payment of $330.81 to cover the first week of Decembers rental use until we return the keys to complete our move out. Note: I put down a $600 security deposit and a $300 pet deposit. On Dec 7th I received my final statement with a $261 charge for electrical and multiple other charges to deal with minor repairs in the apartment. My wife and I lived here for a year and a half with our two dogs.
Pros: Personnel who work here are friendly and professional. Speedy and thorough fixes from maintenance. Buildings are a little old but taken care of. Love all of the dog bag/trash stations. The pool, tennis court, basketball court and mailbox are all nice. Very close to the restaurants and shopping in Harker Heights.
Cons: Twin Creek's choice of towing company for parking compliance is not great. My car with a parking sticker was taken for parking in a fire lane one night, because there was no available parking near my apartment

I lived here for one year with my husband and daughter. The staff was great and I never had a problem with them. Work orders were always processed quickly. We moved because somebody attempted to break into my apartment while I was home and there was a shooting in front of my window last April that I witnessed entirely. If I didn’t have a safety concerned we probably would have stayed, that’s not managements fault because you can’t really prevent things like that. This is the first place that didn’t screw me over a deposit, I left the apartment clean besides the fact that I did not clean

Been living here almost 2 years. Great customer service from management and safe neighborhood. However, the electricity bill spiked to 4 times the normal monthly bill last year for 2-3 months and no one knows why so they couldn't help. Also, they changed the online system one time and my auto-pay was canceled but no one called me so I got charged late fee. At least the manager was nice to waive a small part of the late fee for me but I still had to pay the most part. An ok place to stay if you don't want to pay too much for apartments.

I have been a resident here since the winter of 2014. I reliquinshed my residency for 9 months between 2015 and 2016 for deployment. Upon my return I was welcomed back with no hassles and open arms. During my time here I've never had an issue with the management or maintenance team. I have always felt at home here and part of an extended family. I have nothing but great things to say about the management team. They have always been very professional and keep their tenants well informed on anything that comes up. I'm new to the Twin Creek Apartments but thus far, I have nothing but praise for both the staff and the apartment that I have moved in to. Paris and Natalie have made me feel very welcome to the community and my neighbors have been friendly as well. The location is close to most shopping and restaurants which is really nice. The apartment itself has been maintained well and is warm and cozy. The floor plan is laid out well and it has an open feeling in the living, kitchen and dining areas. I’d recommend that you at least check out “our” community before making a decision. Paris and Natalie
