Founded in 2005 and reorganized in 2011, the new MetaMorphixx Nutrition and Fitness Consulting, LLC was the brain child of Timothy V. Haynes, owner / CEO / Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist with a background that includes over 25 years of business health and wellness management, management of personal trainers, fitness instructors, and fitness consultants for independent clubs and major health clubs.
Metamorphixx will evaluate the company structure, locations of operation and develop the appropriate health and wellness program. We will then implement and manage all employees' participation to ensure they meet and maintain their goals. Research has shown that a healthy work force is more productive, less prone to sickness which means less days called out for illness, stress reduction and more attention to the details of the task at hand.
Obesity is its most insidious in that it is a continued cycle of entrapment. It takes away your energy, your self-confidence, and fills you with fear. This is in no way abated by the plethora of negative reinforcement provided by everyone around you and the multitude of products reminding you of the life consequences of the disease with no realistic cure.
