The new people tried but i still have bad experience there. They replaced my refrigerator with an old used one and maintenance sprayed painted it in my apartment. I have black spray paint on my wall, cabinets, and floor. I went to the office to complain in December and no one has came to fix it. Its January. The construction people work all day and night making so much noise and i am hearing impaired and can still hear all this noise. They renovated the apartment across and downstairs from me and left sawdust all over the place it tracks into my apartment after they pressure washed it. The construction

I have been staying here a long time and we have had good and bad management. But I must say the new owners we have know are the best they care about the safety and health of there residents ad fix things in timely manner. In the past I wouldn't of told anyone to move here but know I would recommend it. The newly remodeled apartments are really nice on the inside.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Front office never answers the phone and don’t return emails. I have had a water leak in my apartment for two weeks and have been lied to about getting it fixed. Ive called and called, no one answers the phone. You’d think they were busy but when you walk in they are all standing around talk amongst each other. ALL the apartments are infested, they don’t spray. I would not recommend anyone to move here. Just a waste of money

If I could give zero stars I would, I was initially told in person they’d hold off on the application until I got another person on the lease with me! They took the deposit and app fee out so I had to have the app ran! I was called two days later and told I was approved, this morning I was called and told I was no longer approved! This is a very unprofessional apartment complex, you have to make 4x the rent for a raggedy run down looking building the inside is nice but you can tell they don’t take pride on the complex itself but asking for to much! I’d rather pay 1,000 plus a month for something

If you do anything else, DO NOT come to this apartment! There are roaches and all types of insects that crawl in your home, no one answers their phones WHATSOEVER, the maintenance here is atrocious and no one takes their jobs seriously as well as the lowlife disappointment of management, but will happily scam you of your money if you live here. Also the photos are lies, that is not what the apartments look like, there is trash everywhere and it’s just disgusting. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, absolutely DO NOT recommend!

I'd just like to say that I really do believe that Flint River Apartments will be our new future home.I really like the the location,its very ideal.The Apartments are very nice,and oh man!!!The on site staff is amazing.They're very friendly and courteous. The general staff and maintenance crew were so friendly and accommodating. The Apartments are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The office staff was punctual and organized. They spent ample time showing available apartments which are very affordable for a working family. The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are surrounded by convenient grocery and other shopping necessities. They are located just off Hwy 19/41 making them very accessible to and from I 75. I enjoyed my visit at the Flint River apartments and will recommend them to others in the residential community hunt.
