I would not recommend living here at all. Since living here, I've only witness the leasing office renovate their office and completely neglect the apartment complex they manage. Building maintenance, grounds, gutters, mulch mixed with trash, the dumpster area.... all of it. And don't get me started with the inside of the apartment units. They allow residents to fix cars in the parking lot as if the complex was a maintenance shop. They charge luxury apartment prices for an apartment complex that is targeted towards financially challenged people and ones who are on section 8 housing. If you really
