I am very fed up with this apartment complex. Rent is too high for the complex to be infested with rats at the dumpster. The apartment complex took away the valet trash service however the valet trash service is still showing up on residents rent. Management wants residents to walk to the dumpster to dispose of trash; however none of the residents feel comfortable going to the dumpster because it is infested with rats. Also, we continue to find bugs inside the apartment after we have sprayed and done the necessary things to keep bugs away. I have been living here since June and the dishwasher still

I had a great experience with the leasing office. I reached out to Keesha about an application and she was very helpful.

I can’t speak for everybody so I’ll just post my experience. I’ve been at Shadow Ridge for about 2 years now. I’m in building 4 and my breezeway looks great! The new management is doing an awesome job, and any concern I’ve ever had Mrs.Keesha has greeted me with a smile and got it done! Pest control isn’t an issue for me, but my neighbors should stop throwing their trash outside of the compactor! That’ll fix their issue!

This apartment complex here is horrible! The breezeways are NASTY. They forced us into valet trash service they never come to pick up the trash. Matthew in the front office has a bad attitude. Nothing ever gets fixed when it’s broke. Rats are a huge problem when it comes the the trash up front. Roaches are a problem, because pest control never comes out. Why pay for it if you can’t even have it. Don’t move here please

I have been looking for an apartment for my daughter when she moves for school. I stopped by Shadow Ridge Apartments and loved what I saw, as well as changes they are making. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Keesha and Matthew were very kind and helpful. I cannot wait to bring my daughter back to tour.

When I signed my second lease the rent went up tremendously. The apartments are not worth the rent that I pay. Breezeways are very dirty, there are roaches in the apartment, and the trash is horrible. We were forced into a valet trash company that does not even pick up the trash when they are supposed to. I went all summer without AC. I have been calling since April in regards to getting my closet rack replaced and the drawer in the bathroom fixed. I also have been calling in regards to having them to come and remove the AC window unit and that has yet to happen either.

The new management team is very friendly, and have excellent customer service. Whenever I needed help with anything they got it done within a timely manner. The property manager Ms. Einstein is a very sweet person as well as the rest of her staff.

Mr.Anthony was very professional. He made sure that reviewed everything on the work order and took the time to explain what he was doing as he assessed each concern that was listed. I highly recommend his services!
