I have yet to complain about anything! Then office staff IS VERY Professional and courteous! They are patient and actually caring! I toured with Ms. Shemica but I have spoke to almost everyone in the office and they were all exceptional! The up keep and maintenance of the units is definitely out of this world! If I could I would definitely give a 5+ rating

This is my 4th year here and I must that apartment management and maintenance is what makes a good community. The new manager Bonnie is a straight shooter. I have had my disagreements with her but through it all she has remained professional and courteous. Her word does count. If she says it she'll do it. I appreciate the courteous staff. Professional maintenance is always helpful and timely.

When I moved to this property I had no issues so I thought...when the people on here saying the management is poor. Its truly not a lie. This is coming from someone who pays their rent in full and on time. The fact I went to the office to find out a time frame for when my account would be corrected for a charge that was on there. The assistant manager who is over the renter accounts thought it was more important to go back and forth with me about leaving a message with the front desk because he was busy. But mind you I already called and left a message which he claimed he never got. But have an

Its a best place to live in.. i hve been here for 4 yrs now. never ever got any complaints. Well managed, clean, nice n quite. Spacious, lighted, feel like your own home. Beautiful lake fir feeding ducks, having parties or photoshoots. The Americans movies has been shooted here, so one can think how amazing these apartments and views are.

I just had to write a review after the Awesome Customer Service I received from the leasing manager Tracey. She was very professional and on it from day one. She listened to my concerns and assisted me throughout the entire process. I would give her 10 stars if I could. If your looking for a clean and safe neighborhood with an Amazing office crew, this is it. I haven't had any issues yet 🤞🏼 but I have faith that if I do they will be handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. Thanks a Million Tracey!!! 😊

Let me piggyback off the 1 star reviews.. I been at this place 2 years and ALL I have to say is I definitely agree with the other 1 star reviews. Management is VERY RUDE and they never want to pick up the phone but quick to place letters on your door. My 1st year wasn’t like this but this new management is unprofessional to the fullest. If I had any suggestions I would say always do a email paper trail because they never communicate with one another and once corporate is involved everyone acts as if they are “super manager.” Property was nice for a starter place but management and the way

I hate this place! I have lived here for three years and management has changed numerous times. Things do not get better either. Like today, I called the manager Rachel this morning because my AC is not blowing cold air. I was assured it would be looked at today. I come home from a long day at work only to find my apartment is blazing hot (it is July) and my pet had been put away all day because I thought they were coming! The rent has also increased and no remodeling or anything has been done. These apartments are not worth crap!!
