If you are looking for a well rounded community of couples with children, and all ages that is pet friendly then join us! Grounds are well kept and the pool area is very very nice! What is awesome is that a large grocery store is within walking distance as well as a great restaurant! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Racist Community Including staff. Rednecks will pass you racist remarks while walking around, write racist & threatening notes on your car. Block your reserved parking spots. Manager/Lease agent Samantha is worst of all, Will never take action on complaints if you are not white. As a manager she doesn't even have courtesy to greet politely, will talk and behave rudely but will talk with whites very nicely.
Don't waste your precious money in this racist environment.

I highly recommend this apartment complex. It is well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, the prices are great and they have an amazing pool, gym, and playground. Samantha the office manager is amazing. She’s always friendly helpful and fixes any issues you may have. Maintenance fixes any problems that may happen within 24 hours (in our experience less then an hour after putting in a request) the property is well maintained. If it wasn’t for my work being so far away I may have never moved out.

Loved living here no one ever messed with you the only complaint I ever had was my car getting broken into. Asheboro is a great place to live very relaxed. Great place if you have kids. Also if you needed maintenance they would take care of your problems the next day. So sad I had to move but I would definitely move back if I could.

We have lived at West Pointe going on the better part of 2 1/2 years, we are enjoying the community of West Pointe, Susan at the office has always welcomed us like family, Jim and David on the maintenance team are always helpful and get the job done, even after hours when we had an issue with the A/C. The staff is always finding ways to upgrade or improve our community from the huge flat screen in the pool area and the beautiful grill! Grounds are kept clean and tidy, it is a quiet and convenient location to town and stores with plenty amenities close by. As is with apartment living you must be

Is it possible to give this apartment complex a 0?
If so, where should I begin... Note: This is more about principle and legalities than anything else (money). 1. We gave 30 days notice (I know, we are required to give 60). However, we were still willing to pay the extra month's rent if they said we had to and didn't find a new renter before… then (they didn't say we had to and they never sent us or contacted us about it). We provided them with a forwarding address and they had our telephone numbers and emails on file. Instead they sent our information to collections, without us even knowing

We love living here. The staff is amazing, the landscape is kept up nicely and the pool is wonderful for the kids. My only complaint is the assigned parking in front of 634. We pay to live here so our parking spot is a reward for us. When my husband comes home from a long day of work or if I have a visitor over and out of respect for others that… have assigned parking we have them park in ours. This seems to be a everyday problem with just not my spot. There is a sign straight in front of our spot that clearly states we have assigned parking. Not sure if this generation understand that or

The apartments are wonderful, the pool and gym are nice, great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that this is the third night in a week I've had to park 6 buildings away. I understand the complex is full of residents, but this may be a potential safety issue, when I and I'm sure other women are having to walk so far at night to get to our homes.
