My experience at Swathmore Court Apartments was peaceful! The neighbors were friendly, the managers were on point, the pool was great, and the fitness room was amazing. I would personally recommend Swathmore Court Apartments to anyone looking for somewhere peaceful and spacious to stay.

Aj is the worst, she’s always changing the prices on the apartments, during the pandemic in a tough situation she was threatening to evict me and harassing me with court papers due to me losing my job! I’m so glad I left this place! How unprofessional!

Aj and her team are awesome!!! They have been very helpful with my transition from town home to apartment to job relocating to SC. Moving can be stressful and I must admit Aj and staff helped my family during this time get adjusted and made our process as easy as possible. Very nice property, very professional staff. If you are looking for a community that is family friendly and peaceful this is the place. Enjoyed my time here wish we could stay, if we ever come back to the area, this is where we would live. Thanks for everything.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! Incompetent management, overpriced and not worth what you spend here. They will try to scam money out of you any little way they can. There are better apartments out there for a better price so don’t waste your time here.

I had the opportunity of visiting Swathmore apartments this week. I was very impressed with the property and the upkeep. The ladies in the management office made me feel at home. They were able to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be paying this property a visit once my lease is up on my current apartment. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This is a great place to live and the management here is great. Today is my last day as my husband are relocating out of the area. I will miss this place, my neighbors and everyone in the office. They have great care of us since we moved in a few years ago. Highly recommend living here!!!

This the worst place I’ve rented from. The office employees and maintenance are so lazy and they charge you for every little thing. I can’t wait til our lease is up to get the hell out of here.

We have lived at Swathmore Court for over 5 years. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and the apartment size is great. AJ is very willing to listen if we do have a problem and John is always on top of any maintenance issue.

Nice roomy apartments, but needs a steady knowledgeable maintenance guy(went through 5 in a year). Prices went up 3 times in a year. Also payment options changed several times causing confusion .. And no matter how much trouble someone causes everyone ..they won't do anything about it...I love the convenience of the location..nice pool..gym..dog park..all great..but prices will soon be too high for the trouble we've indured..
