Have been living in Brookwood for three years, and it's a love hate relationship. One of the maintenance men, Todd, is absolutely wonderful. He always stops and greets me when he sees me, and I honestly enjoy catching up with him when we cross paths. He fixed my lock extremely quickly when I reported it, and was sweet to me and my animals the entire time. He is my favorite part about this complex! Thank you, Todd!

I've been here at Brookwood for a few weeks. I spent hours a day for months at a time researching towns, neighborhoods and complexes deciding where I was going to move after deciding DC was too expensive. I could have gone anywhere.

I love staying here, neighbors are friendly and the staff is great. Maintenance gets issues resolved quickly and efficiently. Pets are welcomed and everyone cleans up after their animals so the complex stays clean and greasy. Rules and regulations are extremely reasonable and basically common sense and courtesy for your neighbors and your own living space.
