The office staff was fantastic to work with during my transition from Indiana to North Carolina. the day of move in the office staff again was there to gret and make sure things went smooth. The maintenance staff attended to the few minor issues immediately and professionally.

I love living here because of the staff is very nice and concern if you have problems. The maintenance guys come in the same day when you have a problem. It’s a quiet area. The neighbors are friendly and we try to help each other. I have things I’m not to carry to second floor they don’t mine helping me. This is a great place to live. I would tell my friends that are looking for a place to live this would be the best place. I don’t plan on leaving. I’m happy here and love the staff. Wouldn’t change a thing.

I’m a pretty new tenant here but have a lot to say about it. On the outside and inside, this place is beautiful. Upon further inspection, it’s obvious it could use more routine maintenance on the outside (dilapidated tennis court, dog park fencing reconstruction, etc) and the Inside (updated appliances, countertops, faulty air conditioning, and loose shower features). When I did my final walk through of the apartment I ended up renting, I voiced my concerns and maintenance came and took care of most things before my move in date (the next day) and finished them within the first 3 days of living

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews because it’s actually been a very peaceful & nice time living here. I’ve only been here a month & it’s my first home. AC works good, Quiet neighbors (except for above me, they have children who likes to play), and nice staff who gets stuff done in a timely manner. they get back to you pretty quick. I’ve only ran into two issues being here which was a leak and a power outage. they took care of both of those. Now I see everyone complaining about the gate being broken.. They don’t understand it’s a little older so it’ll have difficulties

This was my very first place after leaving the nest. Everyone has been very helpful and I had excellent neighbors! Susan at the office was very helpful and informative! The staff is very nice and the maintenance is also really friendly. I will definitely miss this place. Thank you Broadstone Village!
