This is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are an amazing value for the price and location. I also love the people who work here and the events they host. They have such great events every season. They go all out in decorations and hospitality. There is always fabulous entertainment. At the Christmas event, it was to the 9's. It was super nice. Great food and several fun stations; photo booth, face painting, ornamant making, letters to Santa and great music.

Need clarity on visitor parking rules as there are hundreds of empty parking spots every day but about 40 visitor spots in the entire complex (that are always occupied). Whoever invented this parking paradigm should be ashamed. Mark spots for each apartment and make every other spot fair game for visitors, it’s that easy!

Great apartment for the price! I love the complex and amenities. Everything is kept clean, including the gym, pool, courtyard and parking lots. Staff is very friendly (especially Gabi) and takes care of any issues, questions, and maintenance requests really quickly. No issues with loud or boisterous neighbors either. Extremely happy here

Luis and his team are the best! My refrigerator had part of the door broken and instead of simply fixing it my apt. complex gave me a brand new beautiful fridge. 100% recommend Silverado Crossing.

I just moved in this month and had a great move-in experience. I needed to move quickly and they were very accommodating. I was able to move in with just a couple of days notice, and they helped to make the move as smooth as possible in every way. Easiest move in experience I’ve had in a long time. I’m also very happy with all the amenities (fitness center, pool, beach volleyball court, dog park, valet trash, etc...) and location to freeway, restaurants and shopping.

This complex is great! Feels very safe and amenities are kept up well. The interior is beautiful and the quality is excellent for the price. My dog loves the dog park and the open space. The neighborhood is safe and feels like a perfect short commute to Austin. The office staff is great and super helpful! I would definitely recommend this property!
