We've been tenants for about 3 years now and we're attracted to bexley for their location and floor layouts. So many to choose from!
I will say there is a lack of overnight security. We have had our car broken into and have had to deal with non-handicap tenants parking in the only handicap spot near our unit. There has also been a lot of issues with the second side gate and I'm constantly having to switch out my key clicker.
We've also made a service request to fix our washer as well and our request closed even though nothing was fixed. We've had several one of a kind

Don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from. So glad my girlfriend and I moved out. I gave two stars for the maintenance crew who were bomb, and one of the office girls was really nice. But the manager Kristen is awful, doesn't care about anyone who has issues. The apartments look hella nice, but the sound travel is bad, like they even have insulation? Could hear neighbors talking through the wall, fr. We've lived in ghetto Riverside and had a quieter apartment. Poor construction or design flaw. talked to other neighbors, same thing, problem with noise travel. Do yourself a favor

Although this place is affordable and close to downtown Austin, the service is not adequate. We have had multiple issues with appliances, electronics and plumbing since moving in. When reporting these issues, they either are very delayed in fixing or don't properly fix, leaving us with a ticking time bomb of when the next thing will go out. We had to skip dinner one night because our kitchen sink was clogged, not allowing us to run dishes nor clean dishes used for cooking. It is a constant battle of repairs.

Updating review - love the leasing office team but we've had countless problems with our apartment. We put in a work request on Friday since our kitchen sinks and our dishwasher was backing up. They shut off our water, it's now Monday and we haven't been able to wash dishes or make food/eat at home since there's no clean plates. Plus the smell of stagnant backed up water is potent
This comes after we had issues with the dryer not drying because the lines were backed up and was littering drying lit all over our patio and the tubs not draining.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!..I moved to Bexley 35 back in 2017 when they first opened and could not have been happier..until the new management took over. Ever since, there have been several cars broken into, poor up-keep of property, and lack of communication from staff. That wasn't even my biggest issue...

My expectations are exceeded. We've been here about a month; I feel safe and it is unbelievably clean. It is secure and away from main streets so there arent suss people constantly loitering around.
I love all the amenities on site, I'm loving the wooded walking area, the upkeep in the landscaping and cant wait for the main pool to recoup from the freeze but am still enjoying the other pool in the back just as well!
All of my neighbors are all extremely friendly and respectful.
The apartment itself is gorgeous- granite, updated appliances, giant tub and spacious patios. I love that there

I absolutely love this place. The Staff is amazing and super easy to work with. Taylor, Kristen and Priscilla are all a joy to speak with on the phone, I feel like they actually listen, and care about what I have to say. I signed a 14 month lease about a year ago, and will be renewing once that is up. The maintenance staff is the best I have ever seen, and the property is well maintained. The parking could use some attention, as people kind of just park wherever they want with trailers and boats, in fire lines or wherever they can fit. I was initially very much interested in joining this community after falling in love with one of the floorplans. When emailing with the complex since December, I would get a different person answering each message, which was a bit confusing since things mentioned earlier in the thread were then brought up to me by the newer person in the thread. I had seen some of the reviews (and hidden reviews) online and official scam reports from previous tenants, but looked past it and thought I might have a different experience.

I couldn't be more pleased with the maintenance. I had a toilet bowl leak that just upped my water bill by so much. Once I put my maintenance request in, I immediantly got a response and had someone coming by the next day. Kyle came and had my toilet fixed within 30 mins. He was so professional and kind during the whole event. Thank you Bexley 3Five. The landscape always looks wonderful and clean. The pools are always clear and the trails are always a plus.

Maintenance are just snitches for management. They spy on all of their residents. Illegally mind you. They take photos of your apartment without permission during their inspections. Didn't even change the air filter which was their reason for entering apartment. I always kept my place clean and minded my own business so I don't appreciate a staff looking for any way to get me. They're too cheap to hire real professionals to maintain the property. Bleach and a cheap electric power washer won't clean concrete guys! There's still mold and algae growing all over the exterior

Great community incentives from office to keep things fun (never seen in any other place I lived).

Editing to respond to Bexley's comment. What would work for me, and likely many other tenants, is a leasing office that keeps accurate and honest records instead of taking any and all opportunities to nickel & dime it's tenants. I want to acknowledge that it's not this particular manager's fault, but the way this property (and I have to assume all Weinstein Properties) is run is truly disappointing. As I read through the reviews others have left, it's become obvious that WP is looking to squeeze any dollar out that they can, especially during this pandemic. So, yes

Leasing office wont do anything for you if you have a noise issue. We have upstairs neighbors who are constantly stomping around all hours of the day. We moved in 2 months ago and have been in touch with the leasing office constantly and nothing has been resolved. We've given up on working with them as it has been a waste of time and energy. We are moving out as soon as our lease is up. I lived in college apartments for 5 years before this and have never had noise issues like this one.

We lived here a little over a year, just recently moved out. We had 3 packages stolen off of our front step, issues with our neighbors blasting music at 3 am on any given night, homeless people coming out of the wooded area and asking for lighters or to bum a cigarette, and a down stairs neighbor who liked to come up and knock on our door because my toddler was playing and "stomping" too much for him.

We lived here for over a year with the BEST service, call backs within 24 hours, and maintenance requests completed or at least touched base within 24-48 hours.
However once management changed this summer, communication has become scarce or non-existent. We were left without a dishwasher and sink for over 4 days, called the office multiple times and we were always informed we would be updated when they would be coming, never had a response. I have made multiple attempts to contact the leasing office to become a resident and no one will respond via email or phone. It has been 2 months now and I need to move ASAP. I just tried calling again today and the phone call won't even go through due to "high call volume" which was an automated message. I am very disappointed and as much as I want to live here because of the floor plans and location, if the leasing office is not responsive I really don't have a choice and won't be able to become a resident.

Every interaction with every employee here has been a positive one. Maintenance is always outside working and offers a friendly wave.
It's very dog friendly here and the doggy bags are always fully stocked. There are two dog parks and some trails that go near them.

The property is so beautiful here! I was thinking that, like with most places, I would be less impressed with the apartment I was getting in comparison to the one we were shown when hunting for our new place. Not so here! I was more impressed with the apartment I received. It is so wonderful, so spacious, the floor plans make sense, and it is very well designed. Our animals love this place so far, as well! So many new and exciting grassy areas to sniff and explore for our pooch. On top of it all, the staff here is very friendly and they work fast paced to get even the most

The complex is a little bit of a pain to find, but that aside, I have no other complaints.
The office staff are super helpful, and willing to work with you if you have problems.
Being in Texas, I'm sure it's no surprise that mud dauber nests are a frequent sight. When we first moved in, a Mud Dauber nest was built on our door frame. I called maintenance and they handled it quickly and professionally, putting preventative measures to keep the hornets from returning.
Over all, an awesome community to live in.

I've lived here for a couple of years now. Whenever it rains heavily, my unit leaks A LOT of water into it. I've had 5 major leaks. Now I have spiders. They also have dog poo ALL over the property that no one cleans. Also, there's been a spill in front of my door for over a week that I've stepped in and slipped on once already. I've also slipped IN MY UNIT on my fitness mat that had standing water underneath it from the latest leak. Now my apartment looks all patched up and with a few different shades of white paint. Cabinet door is falling off also. DO NOT RENT
