So far I've only gone in for a tour. Ben was amazing! He answered all of my questions and was very personable. The apartment was great too. The layout is great and there's so much storage in the apartment. The finishes and appliances are nice. It's a little early for me to apply, but as soon as it gets closer to my move-in date, I intend to.
We are a pet-friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.

I’ve lived here for more than 6 months. Bell Southpark is in a really good location. The property is super pretty and the office staff is always helpful. Special shout-out to Cydnee for being so sweet during my entire time here. Ben is also super helpful and responsive to all my emails.

Went to visit this location at the end of the year of 2021 looking for options to live at. Not only are the apartments beautiful and have so much to offer in regards to recreational activities, parking and cleanliness, but the staff they have working there are amazing. Cydnee was a huge help answering all my questions and explaining all the fees and utilities. I was also helped by a gentleman named Ben who made me feel very welcomed. These apartments would be a great place for me to live at.

I walked into the leasing office today looking for a apartment. This man Ben with this big sunny smile was quick to help me out. I have lived in the Bell Southpark (Parks) for about 6 months, and it has been an overall great experience.
Positives:
- Apartments are very nice and updated. The balconies and closets are great and spacious! There is also a ton of storage / cabinet space. In unit washer dryer is great.
- Complex feels safe
- Amenities are nice (access to all 3 pools and gyms)
- SUPER convenient location (Close to the highway and the SouthPark Meadows, which has every store you need, and easy commute to downtown).
- Quiet, even though close to the highway.
A few downsides to be aware of, but not major cons

Do yourself a favor, don't move here. This place is filled with problems. Maintenance that takes forever to fix problems. Unkept grounds, homeless that can be found in the garbage area. Can't forget the poor poor management that has completely ruined this place. When asked by friends for an apartment recommendation I respond with ANYTHING but South Park run apartments.

Don't even get me started on the lack of care of the facilities. My dog got sick after using the dog wash once and the mail room is a disaster

Between scorpions, bed bugs, wasps, ants, and other creepy crawlies, I am over it. The time duration between maintenance and pest control being completed is unbelievable. Maintenance guys are great, they are just so understaffed it takes forever to hear back or get work done unless you harass the office. Which BTW, no one in the office ever answers the phones… even when you literally call ALL day or send emails.
During a birthday weekend a friend came down with his boat and one of the office staff actually got their truck and boat towed. Brenda threatened to tow my guests truck/boat bc we parked

We just moved into a 1 BR apartment and it has the perfect amount of space we were looking for. Enough storage room for everything you need, and the walk in closet is a game changer. The property is beautiful and the amenities have been great.

We had a wonderful experience with Bell Southpark Apartments. The complex and amenities are amazing. The service we received from Ryan Blum, Assistant Manager, was truly superlative. He and staff are professional, knowledgeable, responsive and truly care about providing you with all the information you need for exploring and determining a rental. We had some unusual circumstances arise on our end and Ryan and team handled everything fluidly and supported us through a challenging moving transition. As the end of my lease term is approaching, unfortunately I need to relocate to a different area due to new employment. I can honestly say that I will miss this property and its convenient location . Not only do I love my apartment, and have great amenities to enjoy with family and friends, but the property is very clean. Maintenance was always prompt with repairs and very professional. As for the office staff, Brenda was always helpful and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for in my new apt. home. Her positive attitude and great customer service really made all of my office visits

I moved here in February (2021) and so far it’s been a nice experience. The amenities are beautiful and the whole property as well. They just need to work on a couple of things in the buildings(cleaning details). People from the office are very nice but i have to say something about Brenda. She’s been one of my favorites since I first met her, she’s very helpful, funny and very kind. Every little problem I’ve had she’s always been there which is something that I really appreciate. Thank you Brenda!! 🙌🏻

I woke up this morning and realized that my car was towed. Not only was I late to work but now I'm stuck paying for transportation/towed fees. I believe they sent out letters about placing green stickers on our windshields, but I rarely check my mailbox since all my payments are done electronically. When I signed my lease in May the leasing office collected my car information. I felt like that was enough information since my car has been safe since May. We used to love living here 2 years ago. This place is beautiful and has such good potential but the staff is horrible. I would could write a book about all the things that are wrong so I'll try and be short. If you need anything fixed the maintenance staff will dirty and potentially scuff up some things in you apt, they really don't care to work with or be nice to you. The office staff is short, rude and sometimes unknowable. They can never seem to figure out if they want to close the gates or not, so your paying for them to mostly stay open. Just renewed my lease at The Springs. Summer was so patient and helpful. Brenda as always so helpful and friendly. I by accidentally excluded management emails and they helped me fixed it right away. Brenda stays on top of the residents requests and always has a smile on her face. There were changes from Lenox to Bell but it seems like everything is all worked out.

DO. YOUR. RESEARCH. before moving here. They advertise as being under new management and having a new property but your calls/needs/emergencies will go unanswered. It's impossible to get someone on the phone. If you walk into the office, they don't acknowledge you or they just act like you're a nuisance. My experience with a rude staff member was the day before move-in but I chalked it up to her having an "off" or "bad" day. Nope.

Bell Southpark (Meadows) is a brand new apartment complex / buildings. When my roommate & I initially signed we signed w Lenox Meadows and the management and name changed a week after turning in all our paperwork.

First, I would like to say if you have an emergency, or need a question answered immediately goodluck! They do not answer any phones (although they will be sitting right next to them while they ring)... If you have a maintenance issue, it won't get resolved unless you contact the front office and let them know it is a priority and needs to be solved. The inside of the apartment

I've lived here for two years and honestly thinking about moving out makes me want to cry. It's rare when a complex has a luxurious layout, amazing amenities and a friendly office staff but somehow Bell has it all!

I absolutely love this complex. When I did my first tour with Ryan, over two years ago, I was so happy that this location had everything on my list. A dog spa, decent dog park and THE TRAIL made this place a dog moms dream. (The trail and gym were also great when I attempted to workout during quarantine).

Nice amenities, nice apartments, and good maintenance. I've lived here since May 2019 before this property was even a Bell property. In fact, that was part of the reason I chose this property, because it wasn't part of a huge corporation. I renewed my lease last year and was debating on it this year. I gave my notice to move out but the apartment I was planning on moving into did not work out, so I revoked my notice. The original renewal rate I was offered for a 12 month lease for my one bedroom was $1242 ($30 of which is for pet rent). I looked online because my specific unit was listed

I will start off by saying Ryan has been super helpful and kind during my stay at bell Southpark. However, my stay here has been anything but pleasant. I can hear every little thing. Breezeway conversations are just amplified! I've had multiple occasions of loud noise complaints and nothing was done about it. My water bill is constantly fluctuating and can up to $100 more than average. I had the opportunity to stay for a small increase of $100 more a month to renew. Crazy! The apartment leasing agents are not helpful. Oh, and the homeless people camp out in the "waking trail". worth

I am a current resident here this apartment complex is a complete waste of money the front office is not worth anything no help what so ever. The so called manager is worthless the whole team is crap. If you want to move here and have your car towed constantly by all means move here. If you like having your car save your money and time and live somewhere else possibly the complex across the street. I'm warning you now don't move here.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this community and staff. From day 1, Ben was so amazing and helpful on my tour. He showed me every amenity and gave me his inside scoop on the property. I fell in love immediately! From then on, I've had nothing but great experiences with Ben, the maintenance team, Rich, Ryan and Summer in the office and my neighbors are amazing as well! I 100% recommended this community to anyone looking to be close to the action, but also tucked back into the trees a little bit. Also I can drive to Target in less than 5 minutes so it's a win win.

Still charging the same rent prices during the COVID19 pandemic. No concern over the fact that we are under a state wide shut down and many of us are losing our jobs. We're all paying "luxury" prices while we have no access to anything that makes this place a luxury.

When I reached out with these concerns I was replied to with the email in the photos. The company blames the state and says nothing will change unless the state government chooses to suspend rent. As if the company is bound by this and can make no choices of their own.

The other thing this place lacks is privacy from IH-35 traffic. There isn't a front gate and I knew this when I first moved in but didn't realize how much traffic would come through. The back gate is broken most of the time so it stays open.
All sorts of traffic from IH 35 and from the surrounding apartment complexes use the Bell apartment parking lot as a public road. Traffic from IH 35 cut through the parking lot all the time just to get to Southpark Meadows while ignoring the "no trespassing" sign at both entrances. Beware of huge construction project going on directly behind building 3, 4 & 5. I'm counting the days to move out of building 3. The unit feels as if your in an earthquake from 7am - 7pm due to all the excavation machinery. Management nor Contractor will offer any type of compensation for untenable conditions.

The best thing about the place is Ben, the leasing agent. He brings his "A" game and greets you with a smile everyday!

I am really enjoying my experience at Bell Southpark. Ryan Blum the Assistant Community Manager has done a fantastic job at answering my emails and questions promptly. My neighbors are super nice and my pups and I enjoying seeing all the friendly faces on the trails. To top it off love my one bedroom apartment and especially all the space I have for the rent I pay.

I am on my second year lease because I renewed it when Brezza was still managing this place. New flash. The new management: Bell Southpark has been unfortunately disappointing. Since they took over a couple of months ago - now no one ever answers the phone. Brezza always answered the phone and they only had two people working in the office at the time. They were always very courteous and attentive. Sadly this new management team has not been as attentive even with a larger staff. They have failed to pickup my trash twice so far (after I placed it out early for pickup. (I pay for the so called
