On my wedding day, my florist did not do the things we paid for. The church was suppose to be decorated and wasn't, our bouquets were not delivered on time which delayed our wedding photos, we were suppose to have an elaborate hanging flower display at the head table and that didn't happen, also family members had to complete the area were guest go to pick up their table numbers because the florist did not do it. Your wedding day is suppose to be the best day of your life and this situation obviously caused so much stress on the day.

Met Mr. Fakhouri for an initial consultation. He wasn’t wearing a tie. He had his chest hair out. He was sweating. He smelled like cigarettes. Think used car salesman. Told me I had an open and shut case. Told me I’d get over 100,000 for my case. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I kept calling but never got a response after the initial contact. Look him up - bad reviews that he ends up getting deleted (not sure how) and he has an active case pending against him because he failed to respond or show up to individual’s case multiple times. I was led to believe from Robert that I'd be helped with my case... he told me to send him everything I had ASAP as I was up against a deadline. I called back after sending Robert all of my documents to find out if he could help me or not.. I was told he'd call me back.. a few days go by, and nothing. So I reached out again and wrote an email. A day goes by, and he responds by telling me he'd call me later on that day. Never heard from him.. I write him another email asking if he can still help me or not. IM STILL WAITING TO HEAR. This was 4 weeks ago.
