Services
Sacred Heart came to be out of care, concern and the desire to help seniors stay in their own home. In 2008, a Kansas City, Kansas fireman had an opportunity to transport a gentleman that was being moved from a hospital to a long term care facility. As the fireman was moving the gurney into the vehicle for the transfer, an older gentleman looked up with tears in his eyes and begged to be moved home instead.
