Requested several different work orders through the months, each time they have not followed up on the scheduled day. Each time we had to fall to reschedule. Frustrating when you have things to do on days off and are waiting around for them. There were no courtesy phone calls to let us know the requests were canceled or rescheduled. Pamela was very rude throughout. We requested for manager to be notified. They refused. Very rude. My mother is not computer savvy and they have no patience to help her. Very frustrating with very poor customer service overall.

The office staff Pamela, Tracy, and Carla are horrible with their communication skills. We have many pending work orders that have been ignored or pushed back. Today's excuse was a emergency well ok but is there emergency every time. Does it take the whole day for that emergency to be taken care of. We do not even get a call back or rescheduled date for courtesy. So on top of the frustration all we get is their rude response. It is like taking to a wall and forget about the hidden fees that will pop up if you break your lease. Asking for the manager won't help, he or she is never available

Heck no this isn't a paid review. I loved living here (being there 4 1/2 years it's easy to say) it's beautiful and everything retail is very close and convenient for shopping! Just the landscape alone sets these apartments from all others that are so close together. But this 5 star review is for Lacendar. She is such a sweetheart I swear. If you're ever thinking of renting please ask for Lacendar because she will help you out. She has been wonderful even though I'm no longer living there. One example is when I accidentally had two packages sent there from a website I

My wife and I have resided here in the Trails at San Dimas for more than 25 years since 1996 because we have not seen other complexes as nice and safe. As we are passing the third year since RPK Development Corp. purchased the property in July of 2018, we'd like to compliment RPK for the incredible improvements and upgrade they have made in this apartment complex.

Honestly, property is OK. Very old but they brush a new coat a paint to keep up with inside area. The only plus is the location… Their front desk is awful. Not only are they hiking up the rent but all these “facilities” they promote on their page are off limits to their tenants, despite Covid. They make it incredibly hard to book facilities. At times there’s people screaming down the street at odds hours of the day. A couple of weeks ago we had 4 cop cars enter because someone was screaming blood murder… they didn’t find the individual. I can only speak for myself but living here for 4 1/2 years has been the best for my family. The location is great, the apartments are so unique from any other apartment because your clustered into different buildings rather than one large building with millions of stairs. The units are cozy, spacious, and overall beautiful especially the landscape. I loved getting up early in the morning taking walks with my baby just to see this beautiful green oasis. It was perfect to me. Some of the best memories of my life were made here!! (Sounds cheesy but it’s true) as for management, they were great

I have lived here since 2018. I'm grateful to call this home. These apartment's really do feel like a community. I know my neighbors and the apartments are more like condos. I never have issues with parking. The maintenance staff is great and respectful. The manager Lacender is professional at handling any issues we have. She takes care of our concerns right away. Her customer service is excellent and you know she truly cares about helping you. Also it's in the bonita unified school district. So your kids will be receiving the best education. I love calling The Trails at San Dimas home. Our property manager has gone above and beyond from when I first moved and even more so during the current pandemic. Her and her staff continue to follow social distance protocols while making sure the grounds are kept, laundry rooms are clean and any emergency maintenance needs are taking care of during this uncertain time. It is reassuring to know that even though things have changed in the world around us, this apartment community remains my safe haven. I highly recommend this community as your new home.

Be careful upon signing a lease. There will be almost 7000 dollars in surprise fees upon breaking your lease. First, they want 2000 to break your lease and then dont inform you that on top of that they want your rent with a 30 day notice. After your rent and 2000 which will be about 4000 dollars your utilities are not included which is another 1000 on top of the already high cost to exit. After they charge you 5000 there is a "no problem cleaning fee" according to them of 2500 where they replace everything in the apartment at your expense. If there was a zero star option it would be zero

Did a one year lease on two different apartments here, one for my mother and one for myself and had a great experience living here. Staff for one, we're super nice and friendly, but Mrs. Lacender was specially helpful to us and our needs within. She always did her best with our inquiries, never once said she couldn't do anything.
I definitely recommend this place, the community pool and barbecue areas on both sides of the complex were awesome, always clean not to mention the laundry areas, always safe to leave your clothes there and come back when it was time.

It is seriously the worst place to move in. Since management changed the turn around to fix things is 5 months +, even with urgent matters such as mold, pest or rotten wood. The laundry room is the worst, half of the washers don’t work, some dryers burn the clothes, and they are always dirty, they never fix anything. And if you happen to move here cuz you have no other option, read the contract, they will charge you for everything when you move out. It is definitely not worth it for the price. Don’t even get me started about the joke of what they call gym. The only positive is that costco is

I'm updating this review so future residents and current residents will know how this company handles complaints. I called a couple times on Sunday until I got someone to answer the phone. The woman on the phone was passive aggressive right when she realized I was complaining about the maintenance workers working till 1 am. The first thing she said was that she's seen my yelp review. I also told her that when I asked the maintenance people to please keep it down that they continued to work until after 1AM!! Then she practically called me a liar and telling me that they stopped immediately

I checked out this place a few years ago. Came back to check it out again. Seems like the old management was a lot more welcoming than the current. Waited for a bit before anyone even acknowledged we were there and still didn't attend to us. Seemed a bit dismissed and like they didn't want our business as they had someone who just started that same day show us the property by themselves and had no information about the property. If they're going to treat me like that before I even sign a contract, how are they going to treat me afterwards if my apartment unit needs something?

This place was a nice apartment complex until a few months ago.
New management took over and now it's a horrible place to live.
The so called amenities are broke or very old. Laundry rooms dirty and machines will ruin your clothes when they actually work.
Overall there is no sense of urgency to care for tenants they simply want your money.

My one-year lease was up and I went to talk to Mirandy She was very helpful with giving me suggestions to stay in the complex she kept in contact with me and help me through the process without her I would've been lost she was able to get me into a studio which is fantastic and she has been very helpful. If you have any questions at all contact her her name is Mirandy Torres (909)599-9318. It made me feel like I wasn't just renting from an apartment complex but she makes it feel like home and she truly cares about her tenants and is very good about getting repairs done and following up

Overall great place to live. Very peaceful. Prices are great. Close to all major freeways. Older but the up keep is done well. I rented a studio (pictures below of my place) for almost three years. A perfect set-up for a single person or a couple. I have nothing but great memories at Trails At San Dimas. Thank you to all the great staff, Diana, Veronica and Scarlet!
