Vents, windows not soundproof, & walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors from ALL angles of your apartment. From upstairs and down stairs depending on which floor you reside on. DO NOT RECOMMEND living here to anyone!! Nice from the outside, but outdated and these issues need to be addressed because it is an invasion of privacy!

Lived at club Pacifica for about 8 years. These apartments were nice but management wasnt the best. And you dont choose your neighbors so that's self explanatory however things progressed to become worse as time passed. It wasnt worth the high price tag for average apartments with sketchy people slowly moving in. We left in 2017.

I lived there for almost two years. No so great or bad. Had problems n advantages there. Spacious community. Maintainance people are good. Now the bad. While signing the lease there was a nice lady and said the you will have to deposit $500. No problem the deposit is common and I have been in rent apartments most of my years. But she said you mostly you will not be charged if there are no damages...N if you stay more than a year you will not be charged. I let my apt clean and tidy ...Shampooed carpet every 3..4 months as we have a baby. No pets. No damages. Before leaving the manager visited for

I've lived here for about a month and have had a great experience so far. Lauren Bishop is fantastic and has always addressed any concerns that I have had promptly. The maintenance manager is diligent and kind. The complex is very quiet and well maintained and my apartment is beautiful. I have no complaints.

Drove pass by and saw the for lease sign so i thought lets check it out! it looks nice on the outside beside the one balcony with a whole lot of JUNK and exotic animal statues. As my family parked and walked into the front office we were greeted by laura or laury didnt really hear her she is in the office to the very right by the door. Need i say she was very friendly at first but as we all talked and she drove us on her cart to show the apartment and then back to the front office. Her mood changed. she was getting more rude and grumpy. just the way she talked like she is better than another. My

My mother lives at Club Pacifica. They are very good with maintenance always fix on time. The only thing wrong with this place is *parking, *Dirty pools and the manager Laurie Fahey her assistant Lauren is sweet/kind. I over heard Laurie talking to a tenant raising her voice and criticizing her about her complaint not sure exactly what. i will NOT be renewing my mother lease. How you treat your tenants goes a long way. No one should be talked to like that. The tenant was calm and just addressing some issues. I then just saw the tenant walk out still calm. I will be contacting corporate.
