Southwest Sports & Spine
Our providers and staff offer comprehensive, compassionate care for sciatica, arm and leg pain, neck pain, back pain, failed back syndrome, sports-related injuries, spinal stenosis, disc injuries, aches and pains, and headaches. Our goal is to not only treat our patients, but to educate them about all aspects of their ailment or condition.

I'd been seeing Dr. Johnson because of severe back pain and sciatica. Disc problems and spinal stenosis had restricted my daily activities. After several epidural injections, I can now fully participate in life again - traveling, exercising, and keeping up with my young grandchildren. Along with his compassionate and professional staff, Dr. Johnson has provided the long-lasting relief I only could dream of.
Services
Dr. Johnson is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation as well as fellowship-trained in non-surgical interventional sports and spinal procedures. He not only treats the reason for the visit, but is careful to thoroughly educate the patient about all aspects of his or her ailment(s).

Southwest Sports and Spine offers a temporary stimulator trial period so you can experience the results before comitting to a permanent implant. If successful, you will be referred to a neurosurgeon for the permanent SCS implant.
