These guys are completely unprofessional. They quoted me one price to do front and rear brakes, Including rotors pads and sensors front and rear On a Range Rover autobiography. But when they showed up and noticed that my house was on the lake the price suddenly doubled magically. The very unprofessional guy who does most of the jobs, from what I gather. Tried to blame it on me for saying that I only said front when I not only said front and rear but had back-and-forth correspondence with him about it for a couple of days. This guy is unbelievable! I ask him about the bill $352.00 for a balljoint end on one of my work trucks.. he got all bent. Told me he wouldn't take my company check... then when I couldn't get the cash, which he demanded right away. He stole my truck! Unbelievable. I am a small business guy. I was floored by this guy's behavior... I ended up reporting my truck stolen... and have to meet him like a drug deal to get my truck back... not once did I ever tell this guy I wasn't paying him. I contacted these guys for a straightforward starter replacement. I never booked service with him, but would never recommend them to anyone based on the customer service I received.
My initial contact was via the website. Once I realized that we'd be emailing back and forth, I tried to call to streamline the process. What I got was a very curt mechanic who really made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for calling. I overlooked it because,well, we've all been busy before and emailed him the rest of the info.
I received an email back with a price quote for a rebuilt starter - which is ok but
