I paid $2,500 to get my brakes replaced at Premier. I took it somewhere else to get new tires put on a week later, and the second shop told me that multiple lug nuts on my wheels were loose. I called Premier and told them they had not put my tires back on correctly after they did the brake job. The guy I talked to said he would "talk to the mechanic". He did not offer to make sure my brakes had been done correctly even after learning the tires could have come off my truck while I was driving it due to their negligence.

The employees at Premier Automotive Services are professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I have used their services a few times the last couple of years and have always been satisfied. After my most recent service, it because apparent that part of the repair had been unnecessary - they quickly admitted the mistake and refunded me for that portion of the repair. In my experience with auto mechanics, this accountability is not common and I think it speaks volumes about Premier's professionalism. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I absolutely love all these guys. They talk and joke around like I'm one of them. They explained thoroughly what was going on with my truck. They even got me an Uber cause my roommate had already left and didn't have a way home. So thoughtful! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work! You are amazing!

Have always had a great experience with these guys! I trust them completely, and feel there is a high level of integrity.
