My name is Mark Bonser, and I'm a Certified Life Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach. If you're visiting this site it's possible that something may be missing in your life and you are exploring options for change. Coaching has been an amazing addition to my schedule throughout 2020 and it's helped massively through a troublesome year. It's helped me clear the fog of uncertainty and help me find paths forward - I can't thank Mark enough for his time his patience and his understanding throughout the year. Mark has been training me for 4 months now and I couldn't be happier with the gym, results, and his professionalism. Not only is the gym a great facility, but Mark provides the 1 on 1 attention to detail before, during, and post workout that you cant find anywhere else. I highly recommend contacting him to begin your fitness journey!!

Mark is awesome!!! I am not a fan of working out at a gym, so this is the perfect fit for me! His set up has everything you need, Mark is VERY knowledgeable, and it is a comfortable setting that I enjoy coming to! HIGHLY recommend!

Working out with Mark is great and very productive. He knows a lot about exercise and doing it safely, so I learn a lot from Mark. Workouts are well planned and followed up on, Mark will make sure you are well taken care of. He renovated his garage into a gym (so no expense lease to pay) and as far as I know has zero marketing budget, so his rates are very affordable by personal trainer standard. I highly recommend his services.

Mark has been working with me for almost a year know. I'm so impressed with his dedication and knowledge! he's so driven to help you succeed.. he has sent me meal plan ideas, nutrition info and has even helped me plan workouts for home when I'm not with him. I am excited to start Wellness Coaching with Mark at Step Beyond Fitness. He helped identify my challenges, drilled down to the nitty-gritty, and developed some achievable strategies for me to use to navigate them.

I have been working out with Mark at Step Beyond Fitness for the last 10 weeks. The setting is perfect- so much more private than a large gym. Mark listens to each individual's goals and creates a great workout and then gives you the details to be successful outside of the gym. He helps clients focus on what is important to them and aides in maintaining attainable long term goals.

I have been working out with Mark for a few months now and he has totally transformed not just my body, but my life. Fitness wise, I wanted to fit and tone, but I was really struggling with my eating, specifically my addiction to sugar, and it was causing me to feel sluggish and have daily headaches.
