I can't say enough on how wonderful it is to live here! From the management staff, to the maintenance guys to my beautiful apartment. Location is important to me, but without a great place to call home, you have nothing. I searched for months to find the place I can call home and would never hesitate to tell everyone, stop searching! Wildwood Apartments can and should be your "forever" home :)

What can I say besides STAY AWAY. This place is a nightmare.
While living there, our front door lock was broken from day one, our refrigerator was never replaced as promised and we couldn’t use the freezer, there were pink stains all over the carpet, and the random unannounced maintenance that happened routinely where they cut off the power and/or water was never fun.
When we went to move out, we did a walkthrough video to show the apartment’s status. Turned in our keys and said goodbye.
A few days later, we get the “accounting”. They were trying to charge us $10 per faucet to “clean”

Lived there for 5 years-carpet was NOT new when we moved in it FIVE years ago. Just moved out last month and got my final bill....they are charging me to replace the carpet! Unbelievable! My final cleaning bill is completely outrageous!I am mind blown they are charging me for USED carpet. Why would you not replace the carpet after a family lived there for 5 years and why am I being charge for it? The carpets didn’t even have the metal things by the doorways to keep you from stepping on carpet nails!
The outside storage room and living room ceiling had black mold (which was reported two years

We lived there for a year back in 2015 , and they went up on our rent then when we went to move we were told that we only had to give a 30 day notice but when we went to return the keys and they gave us our deposit back they said we still owed for another month because we were on a 11 month lease. So now they have it on out credit report which is hurting us now say we still owe them when we don't. Will not refer them to anyone they are crooks.

My husband and I just moved from Wildwood Apartments, because I have a new job opportunity in Valdosta. Other than the drive we would have stayed. I have stayed in many apartments and this was the absolute quietest place I have ever stayed in. Before move in they put in new hardwood floors, carpet, and repainted. We did have a few issues when we moved in (what place rent or owned doesn’t) that were no big deal and I had to call the after hours line. They were very quick to help resolve the issue for the night. The very new morning, Ira the maintenance man, was right there quickly resolving our

My bed was taken out of the apartment before my lease ended and was left outside where it became infested with bugs. No compensation was given to me the most I got was a “sorry for the inconvenience”. They came to do the final evaluation before our move out date and based damages and cleaning fees off that...before even giving us a chance to actually clean the apartment. Clean up fees are outrageous and I was very disappointed with the staff. The apartment itself wasn’t bad but I’m sure you can find better places to live that actually follow the law...
