Extremely predatory practices. If we were even 3 days late on rent, they would put a notice of eviction on my mother's door, yet somehow when our lease is over, they magically dont care for 2 months and say we owe them two months rent for not telling them we were moving out even though my mother told them in person in July. They are extremely sketchy, have raised rent twice in the one year we were there, almost never answer the phone when you call, and now pull this. PLEASE BEWARE.

I moved here 3 months ago and have met some wonderful new friends.everyone is helpful for you .the maintenance men are great aND fix any.problem which are few right away
The office women are very friendly and helpful in all ways. I love e living here as I do not feel alone and everyone here loves my little dog Manny.

This is a community of those over 55 years of age, and we have activities all during the week e.g., bingo, movies, blood pressure and weight check-ins as well as holiday parties. Maintenance requests are cared for in a timely manner. I think you would like living here - I do.

I have been and continue to be a resident at Jamestown Woods, Windsong Drive in Tallahassee, Florida for 6+ years. Jamestown is not just a wonderful, beautiful complex; we are a community of adults that genuinely care for each other and it feels like family.
The Management Team and Staff are great and they are professional, efficient, and charismatic and make us feel like they aren’t just staff; but, a part of the community.
The upkeep of the premises is beautiful, the activities are on – going, maintenance and repairs to your unit are adhered to immediately and the amenities are nice.

This company gets tax credits for renting affordable apts to low income people who are seniors or disabled. It is extremely probable that they deal with applicants who have low credit because of this.
I applied a few weeks ago for a unit. I printed, filled out, faxed the app along with overnighting the $85 app fee. The next day, leading agent Karen Lasseter called me to tell me I'd filled out the app wrong and needed to do it all over again. She took my filled out app and made "corrections" in red ink and sent me the pdf. I had to change my eviction status, my entire rental history

I have lived happily in Jamestown Woods for a year and a half. A short drive away from a variety of stores and restaurants, the complex is located in a quiet neighborhood away from heavy traffic. The individual apartments are roomy and well laid out. There is an elevator in each building as well as stairs to each floor. There are various activities at the club house including games, movies, and community meals that you can attend if you like socializing. I have lived at Jamestown Woods for 4 yrs and have been very happy here - they keep the outside and grounds of the complex very clean and neat. When I have called for anything that needs repairing it is handled expeditiously.
