I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. When I first moved in during the middle of summer, the pool was closed for about a month because it was green. There is an extra trash fee of $20 per month, for you to have access to take your own trash to 1 trash compactor at the front of the complex that is usually full. There are constantly piles of garbage lined up by the compactor due to it being full. The apartment has multiple random maintenance services, such as HVAC maintenance that you can't opt out of even if you're working from home. The most recent HVAC service was done by Whaley

It’s been great living here at Jackson square. We are a family w young kids and a husband going to school ( non traditional student) relocated from Cali. This part of town also offers a good school district for the kiddos. It’s very family friendly as well as quiet. The property grounds have been kept clean and the maintenance staff /office staff have been wonderful , friendly , and accommodating.

My husband and I absolutely love the location of this apartment complex; it is very convenient to get onto most of the major highways and close to I-10. Our place is the perfect size for just the two of us and even have enough room in the kitchen for both of us to enjoy cooking together. He really loved the fact we could cancel our gym membership since there are so many wonderful amenities.

I am looking to relocate from GA to Tallahassee for a job and spoke to Vaughn at Jackson Square. Vaughn made me feel like I was his only concern. He was warm, welcoming, and answered every single question (and there were a lot) effortlessly! He seemed genuinely interested in my needs and went above and beyond by easily overcoming any objection I had. His sales pitch was so good that I didn’t even realize it was a sales pitch until after I hung up the phone. I was honestly a little heartbroken when I found out he’s not there full-time; apparently he was asked to fill in for a couple of weeks

Quiet place, large bathrooms in the deluxe apartments, large and spacious closets, and kitchen area. Each apartment has its own entertainment center which is unique. There are plenty of areas to walk your pups. Has a 24 hour fitness center with indoor racquetball court, beautiful large pool with plenty of lounge chairs, and the maintenance is amazing!
