This is absolutely the worst place I have EVER lived in. I had to threaten to call the health department for them to fix a leak that was destroying my carpet! I applied for rental assistance with OurFlorida and the area manager straight up lied and said it got denied but when I called OurFlorida they said the area manager never sent in the application. They only care about themselves. Even without their help I got approved for the program. I sent them the proof that the check is on the way and they still are trying to evict me. Please be smart and do not move here. Believe me all these negative

Not the greatest place to live. The quality here has decreased tremendously. I have not renewed my lease thank goodness. Currently I have been without AC for over a week...our garbage disposal is also broken and that still hasn't been fixed. Called the office for an update and they won't return my calls....So glad I'm Leaving soon.

If I could give a negative rating I would 10000%. The leasing office employees have been GOD AWFUL since day one. Our AC has been out for almost a week with little to no response from the leasing office. They are quick to take your money, but refuse to do any repairs it seems like. ANYONE that plans to move into this complex, save your money and run. This place and the people that work here are the worst I've ever seen. Hands down. If the issue does not get resolved immediately, we will be suing the property

I rented a unit from this complex we were supposed to move in April 1st but somehow they managed to screw up the lease and weren't able to get the apartment done in time. they then redid the lease and we were supposed to move in April 8th and which we did. the apartment was very much misrepresented. about a week ago our apartment flooded we have not been able to live in this unit because of the flood they send maintenance over there they have not treated for mold they have not removed any moldy wet materials all they did was come in paint the bottoms of the cabinets and paint the walls and they

When I first moved in it was fantastic- new management is terrible, never got my a/c fixed over the course of 6 months through the summer and even had my attorney call and was promised a "call back from the manager" never happened. I moved out almost 8 months ago and still advise others if looking an apartment to stay away from this place.

The manager is extremely rude to tenants. She tried telling me that I had to pay extra on my bill because it was a water utility charge. Upon looking at the statement it was an extra application fee that the regional director had to take off my bill. The whole time trying to lie and tell me that I need to pay more attention. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. I feel like tenants deserve someone who cares!

Moved in 6 months ago with my wife and 2 year old daughter and everything was good but not for too long .. had a problem with refrigerator at the first month of my contract .. it was dripping water so bad and after 3 months of making requests someone decided to show up and see what is the problem.. he said that there is a small part is damaged and we will order this part online and will come back to install it, until this moment nothing happened ( 3 months now and counting) ... a month ago, my biggest problem with the property kicked in ... the A/C stopped working and made my first request for

I had mold in my apartment from the first day I moved in and I had constant air conditioning problems for the last year I was living there. There was so much mold in the all air vents that it gave me and all of my guest recurring respiratory issues. I informed the leasing office multiple times about these problems and nothing was ever done. This was just the biggest issues I had with the apartment space but there were many many more.
