My boyfriend's favorite cuisine is Indian and it is one of my favorite too! I'd been to the location in San Jose before and enjoyed it so I decided to take him to Pacific Commons.

The restaurant is clean, air conditioned, and quiet enough to talk in. We were greeted and served by our no nonsense waiter very quickly. I would not say they have the friendliest servers here, but they are attentive. We ordered the House Dal (something we'd never tried before), Saag Paneer, and Saffron Rice and it was all so good!! I even preferred it over the San Jose location! My boyfriend said it was

Shrimp mooli was very creamy it's so delicious. Butter chicken is a bit spicer than I prefer and it's more tomato flavor than creamy. Garlic naan was tasty and crispy.

Food was very tasty. We ordered a Chicken Thali , Murg Methi Malai Tikka, Saffron Rice, Kofta and Garlic Naan. All items were done well. Very Pricey.
Also I felt a little down. They have a Veg Thali and Non Veg Thali Poster on their glass windows. This advertised prices are at least dollar or more less than the actual price. Every single visitor seems see this and come inside only to be greeted with an inflated price inside. Why advertise a lower price ? Just take those posters down. Seems like bait and switch.

Peshawari Chicken Tikka: Perfectly cooked chicken & well spiced.. thats what the stars are for!!

Murg Parda Biryani- it really was like a 'parda' aka 'curtain' on the Biryani. Just plain rice & chicken. No taste whatsoever. Definitely skip this one.

Good selection of non-veg items but, really expensive!

When they had a buffet it was our go-to place for Indian food, I can’t wait until the buffet comes back. Even without the buffet the food is pretty good, although service is sometimes slow. The paneer dishes especially excelled, and the venue is extremely clean. There’s sometimes a long wait list to enter though

Sweets are not that authentic taste. We got jangri and it taste jalebi. Bengali sweets are good. If your fine with any taste but sweet. You can visit this. They have Thirupati laddu also, which I feel they should not missed lead public with that name. It no ways taste like Thirupati laddu.

First time here for dinner! Order Rara Mutton.

I love Indian food and I have had a lot of Indian food over the years! When its good, it is GOOD! This place does not disappoint! The only bad thing about this place is that it is on the pricier side. My friends and I really went wild on ordering here, but it was totally worth it.

We ordered:

-Potato Peas Samosa: We started off with these delicious crispy fried dumpling with spiced potatoes and peas on the inside. They were so yummy and they came with 2 sweet and fresh dips that really made them pop!

-Khata Metha Baigen: This is an eggplant veggie dish with garlic, tomoatoes, and tamarind sauce

Indian food is my fave and this place is amazing. I always see Indian people eating here when I am at the plaza, and when I finally tried it I saw why… the food here is delicious, buttery and crispy. I really liked their mini samosa appetizer instead of the 2 big ones.

Terrible food and even worse service! We came here for the second time, first visit was before covid and it was really good. But the second visit was absolutely horrifying. The food was bland, they are extremely short staffed and the few servers they have are rude.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. For $180 the experience was horrendous

Food is expensive but good. All restaurants have opened up the buffet except this place. Waiting for them to open up the buffet.
Once they open the buffet business will be so busy.

Their a la carte is delicious, I've had their veg saag and their baingan and kofta and their breads are delicious. Last round, we had the veggie Thali which was good and had the chaat which was okay. I've had their a la carte which seems more delicious and I wouldn't order their Thali or chaat again though it didn't taste horrible. ambience is great, service is fast, people are friendly

Wonderful place. This was our first visit. We ordered honey roast Gobi and Banana/Avacado chat. They were pleasantly good. The service was excellent.

Terrible experience from start to finish.
For such a fancy sit down restaurant, nobody came to take the order, you have walk up to them.
Appetizers are served with the main course, no sense of order.
House dal tasted like tomato soup.
Paneer akbari was too sweet.
Rogan Josh was tough and overcooked.
Nimbu chicken war nice and creamy, but there was not taste of nimbu.
Dani bhalla had too much yogurt.
It takes a lot of talent to mess up each and every dish.

This was delicious! We ordered ones from the during pandamic when they only had takeout as an option. We came today and sat outside. Service is very friendly and attentive and we loved all our food. Would recommend the lunch special if you come during lunch!

We came here about a year ago when we wanted to try something different than our usual (and favorite) Indian restaurant (Pakwan). The interior was definitely a step up, and the food was good, but not better than our usual, so we didn't return. The other day I suddenly had a craving for a tandoori wrap, and that Rangoli has tandoori wraps, so we order a couple to-go: one chicken, and one lamb. Came here for dinner during the pandemic, and was treated by a friend. They have a few tables for outdoor dining, and the crowd was sparse on a Saturday night. When we arrived around 7pm, we waited for a few minutes outside while a couple of parties ahead of us were ordering.

Once we ordered, we chose what we wanted for dinner, and then were promptly seated.

I personally ordered a chicken curry with naan since I love chicken and naan.

The curry was very rich and creamy! Delicious and flavorful! The chicken pieces were thick and tasty!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly as a guest in their house. Service was outstanding and the food is delicious! Actually the best Indian cuisine I’ve tasted. This place was an unexpected gem that I recommend everyone try when they are in the Fremont area!

I took my dad and sister for lunch buffet. Food was very delicious and buffet had plenty of choices.

Straight to the point, this restaurant has the best service I have had so far. The service in general is fast, we didn't wait for long even with many tables filled around. Food was tasty. You have both veg and non veg options.Cutlery and presentation skills are really good. Ambience is neat and good. I gave a small feedback abt one of the curries and the manager just slashed it off our bill which was unexpected. We tipped well as a note of thanks. They told they served buffet on all weekdays during daytime. Visit this place, you are sure to get a satisfying experience. Try their Heirloom tomato

Upscale Indian restaurant with good flavors. I went there with my family yesterday and was impressed with ambiance but was also surprised to find fewer vegetarian choices compared to most other Indian restaurants. I'd certainly like to see a wider vegetarian choice. The menu had fewer dessert options too. But perhaps they have a separate dessert menu.
There were some minor issues with the food (something that was not supposed to be in the food made it to the plate somehow) but the staff and the owner handled the situation very well and provided the best customer care and experience.
