This property is reasonably priced based on its location and amenities. The apartments are well designed and they come with a washer and dryer. The newer apartments also come with a microwave oven. The service requests are handled quickly and any replacements are done promptly. The property is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. The apartment blocks are not serially numbered, and the lack of direction maps make it difficult for visitors to find their way around the property. The worst thing about here is the bad internet by Bloom Broadband - it can make your life miserable.

I moved here end of July and have had issues with this apartment ever since. Refrigerator seal is broken, I had to throw all my food away because it was open overnight due to the broken seal. Seals on windows are bad too. Stove covers on stove are unsafe, my pots/pans slide as I’m cooking which is definitely a safety code violation. They claimed they replaced them but they replaced them with the same thing. Walls are thin, neighbors are extremely loud. I had an ongoing water issue that took 2.5 weeks for maintenance to fix when I literally just moved here, barely had the place to myself yet!

My fiancé and I were very excited to move in here last year because everything seemed so promising. The first few months here were great. Unfortunately, it started to slowing go downhill from there. Maintenance is allowed to access any apartment with the master key. They did not give us a heads up on when they were coming which resulted in them helping themselves into my apartment while I was sleeping in bed. The fire alarms are poorly placed in the apartments as well. I like doing veggies in olive oil in the oven and the fire alarm is almost guaranteed to go off if you choose to cook more than

My partner & I have lived here for a year now and we love it! With the location, amenities, and floorplan, the cost is great. We were worried about the internet, but have had no issues with it whatsoever (we are on the top floor, which maybe gives us better signal? who knows).
Maintenance has always addressed our requests in a very timely manner.
We've had no issues with noise as far as neighbors go, however, we are right at the front of the complex by Tracy Road, so we get all of the traffic noise. Having in-unit laundry is a game changer since we came from an apartment without it. Hallways

Overall a lot nicer than most nearby apartments that are available, only down side was winter time snow clearing was extremely slow and with having a wife in a wheelchair was a major inconvenience. Utilities are included besides electricity which ours has always been under 60 a month. The parking is okay but at times can be tough to get a shot close to or building. The mainframe staff was super fast fixing the heater unit in our place and were extremely friendly while they were in our unit even was wearing a mask and gloves ie. Covid safety was a huge plus. 2 years here and planning on another

It’s an okay place to live, but it is not worth the money. They are poorly built. A lot of spiders inside the apartments during the warm seasons. Screens don’t fit windows right, so forget having them open unless you want more bugs. Cheap appliances. If you want decent internet, you will pay a lot. Poor cellular service. Mediocre maintenance. Classless management with minimal social skills. Furthermore, the gym is not meant for people who actually lift weights, so plan to purchase a membership somewhere. There’s also NO ACCESS TO GRILLS…the biggest joke of all. If you want a nice grilled

Built on cheap materials. Old property, poor in maintaining it but every year the rental price and leasing period keep going high. When someone walks normal on the top floor, we can be easily bothered. Not worth for the money you're paying.
Forced to buy their own brand broadband, most days slow network
Front desk officers mostly not helpful, bad customer service, sometimes they are rude too.
Not well prepared when snow comes. delay in clearing snows, delay pouring salts before snowing
Summer time - Not timely cutting the grass.
Maintenance support - very poor. many days had to take cold water

Honestly when my lease is up I am moving out due to the internet, it is so bad constantly freezing when I'm watching TV if I could get my own internet provider it would be amazing. but paying 70 dollars a month for bloom broadband internet it is the worst Internet I've ever seen in my life .just a waste of money. Other then that I enjoy living here.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Extremely disrespectful staff. I’ve had a terrible experience and I’ve only been living here since August, can’t wait to move out!

My husband and I lived here for four months so far. It's a good place to live in, rent is a decent price. There is a washer and dryer in every apartment, the gym is open 24/7. The pool is a good size, there is also a recreation room that is available to rent for events and get a portion of money back if no damage was done. The community is well involved, this past Halloween they had trunk o treat for the kids and recently a wine and cheese gathering for adults.Very friendly and quiet place to live. The only utility bill the tenant pays is the light bill. Maintains is good when called with any issues
