This group will never return emails, phone calls or text messages. This group did not follow through on anything they said they would for my case. This group is self serving. This group wanted me to break the law so they wouldn't have to fill out an extra form. Do not recommend. Another company is filing a grievance and suing me for what Evans Case did NOT do. Whatever happens to me I will be turning around and doing the same to Evans Case, LLP

The attorney Alex Urban took advantage of my elderly mother. My mother needed assistance with her estate while fighting her nephew in probate and not only did he make a "few phone calls" he would not assist her in paperwork nor did he take actions to assist with closing the estate with proof of actions other then the bill of course. During a time of a pandemic my mother did all of the paperwork herself because of the lack of communication with Alex and Aaron. I needed a lot of help, my father was being abused by his guardian and wanted me to assume the role. I asked a lot of questions online and Evans Case constantly showed up as a firm that could help. Larry Jacobs...the best of the best! I had a lawyer in Colorado Springs and then they moved the case to Denver. My lawyer referred Evans Case LLC. Thank goodness they accepted my case. Larry is so smart, knows his law, and awesome to watch in court. He is phenomenal! I almost felt sorry for the other lawyer, almost. We have won our trial and with the appeals court. If this goes to the Colorado supreme court, I know we will win there too.

I would never use this firm again!
I had a head trauma injury and they gave me a pile of paperwork for me to fill out. We spent hours filling out the paperwork and needed our Doctor to fill some out. This was extremely difficult for me to do with a HEAD INJURY, I could barely even talk at that time. I finally decided to call them for assistance in filling out the rest of the paperwork of which I had questions on.
