Very customer oriented Dentist. Everyone was friendly and really concerned about me not having any discomfort during the procedure. The doctor will be available for emergencies on short notice, no matter what. This is really reassuring as other offices do not provide a similar emergency service. Highly recommended dentist!

Dr Ozaki is a life saver. We are hosting an exchange student and his tooth started to hurt but he lacks dental insurance. We received a quote for $6000 and came to Dr Ozaki for a second opinion. Dr Ozaki came through in a big way and not only did the repair work the same day, he also charged a portion of what the other Dentist wanted. Such a great Dental group and glad we found him.

When you want dental work done right, go to Dr. Ozaki. He is detail oriented his office is clean, friendly and professional. Ozaki is highly experienced, affordable, and honest! I am a graduate student and thankful for the affordable and excellent dental care. I have been quoted 3X the price at a dental care chain. Unlike at a dental chain where dentists have to meet a quota, Ozaki dental is personal and affordable. Dr. Ozaki is the only option for me and my family.

My FIRST appointment, which was a consultation, was amazing, just like a lot of the yelp reviews stated. SECOND was quite bad. It's like he was a different person.
The first appointment, he was friendly, personable, kind, and nonjudgmental about how long it had been since I'd been to a dentist.
Second appointment, he was so hurried and rushed. He almost literally ran in and out of the room when coming in and out. It made me a little worried about the level of care. He also, in the middle of a crown, said something to the effect of "Why would you wait so long to fix this

Dr. Ozaki is kind, gentle and extremely honest. I feel like he's always told me the truth and not tried to "upswell" me like many other dentists do. He does not rush you and takes the time to answer all of your questions throughly. The front desk staff is amazing and Anita, my hygienist. Where do I start with her? So good at what she does - she's extremely gentle and caring. I had to get a cavity filled for the first time in 16 years (I'm terrified of needles and the dentist) and She actually remembered my appointment time and came to hold my hand during the shot portion

Dr Ozaki is an incredible Dentist. Honest, forward, and highly communicative. I was a new patient and got there 45 minutes early. I was seen almost immediately. The Dentist Tech was gentle, sweet, and very professional. The office staff are careing, empathetic, and amazing.
I had a severe infection and a few other problems that got me sent to a specialist for other problems. The dentist was very focused on my care and well being. Focusing to get me out of pain as fast as possible and the right way.
Dr Ozaki is available to his patients all the time by office and cell.

Dr. Osaki and his team are incredible. I was suffering from TMJ for years and didn't like the idea of having to wear a night guard for treatment. Dr. Osaki suggested I give this laser treatment a try to see if it could help relieve some of my pain, I wasn't sure what to expect but went for it and am so relieved I did! I did about 5 treatments (they only take about 10 minutes) it's been 3 months since my last treatment and still NO pain. Thank you for introducing me to that treatment Dr. Ozaki. I hope anyone else who has jaw pain will give it a try, what a relief it was for me!

Absolutely changed the game for me, I had this huge gap in my teeth, as shown, and I always had this level of thought about my teeth and smiling, but after my visit today and getting them filled in, Dr. Ozaki and his son are absolute angels, they make sure you are perfectly comfortable. I couldn't recommend them anymore than I do now, please, if you need something done, go to him, he is absolutely amazing!

My husband is 95% deaf now, I make all phone calls, which of course I do not mind doing whatsoever. Is it me, or is it sometimes simply annoying to hear " Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed. Press 1 for this , 2 for that and so forth . After you press 2 once again, it's press 4 for this 5 for that. Then it's " This is (name)
I'm not at my desk right now please leave a detailed
message , I will get back with you within 24 hours!"

What an amazing dental experience! Dr. Ozaki is such a personable and professional dentist that I never want to go anywhere else. The dental hygienists are equally professional and so friendly. The administrative staff is patient and extremely helpful. The office works well together and the payment plans/options catered very well to my financial needs. I've now had to visit to this office the doctor and his staff are amazing and go out of their way to make you comfortable this is coming from some dude that's always feared the dentist and gets very high anxiety from the thoughts of it. I cannot stress how great Dr. Ozaki & the girls are. Sweetest staff ever.
When numbing my mouth he did it so nicely, I barely felt a pinch. Highly recommend the office.

I just wanted to tell everyone that this is the best care that I have ever had! Dr. Ozaki has the best chair side manners of any dentist I have ever visited. He took the time to explain in detail all my options and every procedure available. The following day I received a text message as a follow up asking how I was feeling and if there was anything I needed to contact him!

Dr. Ozaki and his team are excellent! They are on top of their technology. A very transparent office, conservative dental care, and the staff is professional and friendly. Bri cleaned my teeth so thoroughly and Brenda is so sweet! I have been a dental professional for 11 years and I was so satisfied with my visit. I'm happy that I found Dr. Ozaki!

Dr. Alan Ozaki has been the most pain free dr. and concerned Dr. I have ever been too and I have tried a lot. He took time to make sure what I had intended to have fixed was done to suit my life and desire. He explained everything to me in a language I understand instead of a dentist telling you difficult explanations.
