They’re nice apartments because they’re new. All appliances are new and work well. The place looks boujee from the outside and they have cool little giveaways and drawings every now and then. Plus they have a cappuccino machine in the main lobby which comes in clutch in the winter. They have a pretty decent gym for an apartment. They understand how veterans benefits work which is definitely a plus nowadays.
The place has no sound insulation so beware if you work 3rd shift or you have bad hearing and have neighbors that are easily triggered by noise. Janine is really nice and goes out of her

DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is overpriced and once you sign the lease you are just paycheck to them. The apartments are newer and have nice high end finishes in them but our experience ended terribly here. I complained of a leaky ceiling and I was basically ignored and was told they would handle it the next day. Well the next day the leak spread all throughout our living room and was leaking onto our expensive rug. They had a contractor come in and cut into the ceiling and this absolutely repulsive smelling brown liquid poured from the ceiling. I was told I had to move all of our belongings to

I recently moved out of this apartment about 5 days ago! At first it was pretty enjoyable until someone moved above us we could everything I had to tell my kids that it was a washing machine but it wasn’t we could here everything the walls are very dirty and the floor. You can often smell the smell of garbage. The lady at the front desk seems suspicious. She even took a picture of my children.

Over priced and Very, very noisy. If I could give zero stars I would.
Walls, floors and ceilings have very little if any sound insulation. You can hear everything. Dogs barking, water shutting off and on, crystal clear conversations, TVs, radios, Mall traffic, kids running and playing, the weights in the gym being dropped, people running on the treadmills in the gym which shake your entire apartment if you live next to or above the gym (management told me the gym is not subject to quiet hours 10p-8a), doors shutting, people walking or moving furniture in the apartment above... all day and night

I really enjoyed my time living at the Cosmopolitan. Dominika was a great manager and really cared about the residents. She would go the extra mile to put smiles on faces. I highly recommend living here, great location near the city, but also close to the nearby suburbs in the north hills. Resident events are very fun and entertaining! A++

The apartments themselves are beautiful. The roof top is more than accommodating to either grill or relax by the fireplace. Management is the most important part and Dominika goes over the top to ensure you are taken care of. The only downfall is the noise from thin walls/ceilings. Overall, highly recommend!
