I sold a house through Matt Page that was going to be a more difficult sale, and Matt did a good job all of the way through. We needed to find the right buyer who would appreciate the unique qualities of the property. It took a few months, but Matt did not lose patience, and continually kept me up to date with showings and offers. Matt kept things going through a long closing process, and protected my interests along the way.

When we started looking for a house and so a real estate agent, I was just purely scared of that "pushy salesman" experience like I had in the past... Matt was completly the opposite, being a professional, being passionate about what he does, doing it full time, spending the time needed to get you what you are looking for (he was emailing us new houses on the market at 5am, right when they came out!).
He took the time to explain us how he works, took the time to know and learn what we liked and were looking for.
Above all, what I really liked was that he was a very precious adviser in the way
