Lived here for a year and when I moved out they kept my whole deposit of $700 and then ontop of that they charged me. a month of me moving out they sent my debt to collections. Did not get a letter saying there was anything due prior to that. Also nothing when they called me to say a package arrived after I moved. When I called Rosa had an attitude and when I started questioning how I owed rent she said it was nothing she can do it went to collections. If you're gonna charge someone something you should AT LEAST be able to explain what dates you are charging for or it sounds like you're making

If you can manage to find ANYwhere else to live, I would recommend doing so. Management and maintenance are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. We moved in in February of 2021. We were left without heat for 2 weeks in the middle of a snow storm while maintenance continued to swear up and down that our heat worked. When they finally fixed it, they left the old ac unit right off our back patio for 4 months before they finally got it. I'm assuming when the landscapers complained. They tracked mud and snow throughout our apartment, left saw dust and trash everywhere then the office refused to

My brother is currently moving into these apartments from out of state. I am here helping him move in. We walked into the leasing office so he could get his keys but we weren’t greeted until we had to use the restroom. The overweight, Hispanic lady stopped me and asked if she could help me, NOT MY BROTHER BUT ME as I walked in with him. I told her that I was with a new resident and was just using the restroom as we wait for him to receive his keys. She rudely stated that I needed to ask her to use the bathroom. I understand it’s not a public restroom but we’re not just from the public. My

I lived at Pickwick for a year. I kept my apartment in very good shape! I do have a dog and still managed to keep my carpets in good condition. When I moved out there was no move out checklist or expectations for what they would end up charging me for. At move in I had Randall as my leasing agent who told me as long as my carpets had no stains or rips I would not be charged for them as the apartment complex would need to clean them before another tenant moves in..WRONG! At move out I was charged 180 just for the carpets! There were no stains and no damage! I even cleaned them myself before moving

I’ve been here for 5 years. I just called to get someone to open my apartment and they want to charge me 100 dollars because maintenance is gone for the day but the office is open until 6. I’ll just wait in the rain with my 3 kids until my husband gets home. With this pandemic going on you would think they would be more considerate of their tenants but nope. Any chance they get to make a dollar.

The office staff works hard to ensure you will not be approved for a unit after you have paid your application fee. If you would like to submit multiple documents including residential history prior to 7 years ago to prove you're worthy of being a resident to a property that hasn't upgraded the available units since the 90s, this place is for you!

Not the absolute worst, but for sure not the best .
They don't check for parking permits, so feel free to bring your whole family over and take up the entire row in front of your building. There was a car sitting outside in the front of my building for 14 months (was there before i moved in) and was never towed. No parking permit, 3 flat tires. Constantly random vehicles parked in front of the building for weeks and never got towed.
The sewer system sucks. Be aware that you WILL get charged $45 for a toilet cleaning when you move out because when the water sits in the toilet for 2 days, it turns

I've lived in these apartments since late 2010 as a newcomer to the state. I've had nothing but a great experience! Granted when I first moved in back in 2010 the rent for a 1 bedroom was $489 with free cable, water and sewage included. It has of course went up of the years and the rent no longer includes free cable or water/sewage, but the price is still worth it. The staff is great and maintenance is always on point (work orders get completed within 24 hours, the latest 48 hours)! I've only had a couple of incidences and they were corrected immediately. They don't charge any crazy extra fees

This is a roach invested place that does nothing to fix it. My friend lives in these and is miserable. They won't help her with her INFESTATION and could care less about her. I know it's not a luxury place but everyone deserves to have a clean and safe environment to live in. Get your life together Pickwick Farms !!

I lived here for 11 years. I guess that speaks for itself. Maintenance was great, punctual, effective. Not one rent increase in 11 years. They took great care of me. Very convenient for all types of shopping. I had a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment for $639 per month for 11 years. For the price - I could not complain.
