I recently just moved into Summerwood On Towne Line Apartments. I can honestly say that it has been a breath of fresh air compared to where I just where I just moved from. The apartment complex is very quiet and tranquil. I can honestly say I have had a sense of peace here. The inside of the apartment is very spacious and allowing the opportunity to create a cozy home. The structure of the apartment exceeds my expectations compared to others I have viewed and live in the past. I would recommend anyone looking for a new apartment to check out Summerwood because you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love my apartment. I do however think my apartment needs new appliances 😉 the ones in my apartment are outdated. The maintenance team has done well with the turnaround time. There really nice respectful guys. The office staff are great people as well. Overall this has been a really nice community to live in. Working together really is all it takes to make this community more wonderful and beautiful. 😉

Summerwood has been great so far. Any maintenance orders I put in have been handled in a timely fashion. Even the work orders were smaller issues. The leasing staff has been great. I love the amenities. The location is perfect because it’s close to food and stores. Highly recommend them as your new home.

I have been here for about a year after living here 18 years ago. I have not had any problems with anything that was not addressed that was major. I do know that I had a bad experience moving in and there was all kinds of back in forth but that has all been corrected. My neighbors are great and we all keep our area clean but the parking is horrible and needs some attention, but when I call on the Maintenance staff Joe, Cliff or even Luis, they are right there. I have been living here for a few years and overall it has been a pleasant living experience. Maintence staff has always been quick to resolve any issues I've had, and is always friendly. The office staff has made my transition into my new apartment a breeze, and I always know I can pop in if I have any questions. I really love that they are accommodating for our pets and have plenty of space to walk them and let them run inside the bark park.

Not sure if anyone ever really reads these, this is probably the first time I have written a review...but my back is up against the wall. I would not recommend living here. As most of have said, when looking to move in, and signing your lease...everything is great. But after that, not so great. My main complaint is on maintenance...but then again, they get their orders from the office. I put in a maintenance request back on 12/4/20 re: an outside light being out, and that I wanted my furnace filter changed. Well...neither of those have been done yet. And when I call..."Oh we will take

After reading some reviews I wanted to give some positive feedback about my experience living here.Thomas was great from start to finish with my move-in process. The girls in the office are always helpful and nice when I come to pick up my packages . I've only had a couple concerns with Maintenance issues but they have taken care of those concerns within a couple days. I've recently received my Renewal and plan to stay another year!

I have been a resident at Summerwood going on 5 years. Very nice apartment community. Relatively quiet. Maintenance is pretty good. its a clean complex and very well kept.
Cally in the main office is the cosumate professional. Alway's plasant and kind. Great customer service and knowledgeable about policies.
The property has changed management a few times. Cally has been consistently kind yet professional.

When I first moved in I loved the apartments. The staff was welcoming. However, when I was able to move into my apartment the smell of smoke was terrible. I would have thought my carpets would have been cleaned before I moved in to get rid of that smell, however they were not. That was more money I had to spend that I shouldn't have had to spend. Not a very good summer in regards to the pool. The night hours are terrible and it's been closed half of the summer. I have a dog and I love taking it on walks but it's always a disappointment when I see the dog area where they can go and

The location is excellent! In a food oasis, near hospitals and highways.
This property can not be called a luxury apartment. The rent is, but after that, it is mediocre.
Both summers we have lived here the pool has been closed more than it has been open.
Police surveillance was on the property one night, all night, or at least for 7 hours straight. I saw them parked in front of a garage unit around 4 pm and when I came home from work at 10:30 they were still there. White van with armed officers wearing bullet proof vests coming and going.
In March I began seeing bugs come out of my cabinets

I am a previous renter at SUMMERWOOD on TOWNLINE for 3 years! When I vacated that apt. I made sure that it was in top shape! Why then are they doing and saying everything to keep my security deposit? I've been searching for a new home for the past few weeks and have visited a handful of complexes on the northwest side. While I liked a few, I loved my visit with Tiffany at Summerwood. I came by unannounced as soon as the office was opening (unknowingly) on a Sunday, and Tiffany was gracious enough to chat with me and my family and show me a beautiful unit. She was friendly and relatable, and she answered any questions I had. She got me information quickly and has responded via e-mail quickly as well. With all the amenities of this complex, this was by far the best bang for my buck

I visited several apartments in Indianapolis last weekend, to find the perfect place for my loved one to live. None even compared to the experience we had here. The apartments are safe (gated), she will have a garage, the furnishings are beautiful. The most important thing to us though, was the relationship she would have with the staff. We all know that of something goes wrong, you are at the mercy of the staff. Tiffany immediately but us both at ease! She was so kind and caring. Love this place! I just moved in but I'm in love! I truly believe I will be renewing my lease when the time comes. Paul is awesome, the place is beautiful, my one bedroom has plenty of space, and living in a gated community makes me feel very safe. Multiple police officers live here so I know that if I were ever to need anything that they would be right there. The only complaint I have is the parking, but that is the price you pay when you live in a great place so I'm very understanding. I can't wait till summer to try out the pool.

There are several dogs on the premises that bark all day making it very unpeaceful.
My toilet just runs and maintenance claims its normal, the floor is unleveled, the power in the kitchen blows when I use my microwave, the carpet is coming up, the closets are poorly put together and after hanging clothes up it fell down, the Windows don't stay open unless you put something under it to prop it open, omg I could go on and the knats are gross I have knats which they claim is coming from the garbage disposal and

The staff is horrible! The complex is highly priced and you get nothing. Broken speed bumps, pot holes, and not well lit. There have been 5 break-ins, assaults, robberies, and anductions! NOT Safe.... Staff acts like they care and don't! The turnover in staff is super high! Prospective renter beware. Google the crime rate here....keep looking!

Been here since Dec. I moved here so I can be safe in gated community. Ha. It just started working this past month. We r in September now. There is never any parking. I've seen a couple cars towed from being parked in handicap because there was no where else to park. Although there is a silver Saab that has been parked on the white line for months with cob webs and old rained on notes on it. I have to walk a mile to park because I come home late from work. I pay $858 to walk far and as I walk I have to pass a broken down car. I thought this was a nice neighborhood. Yea I should just
