I lived here for 24 months.
Pros:
-It felt safe to live in as a University student. There is an elevator code and keys required for every door entrance. Parking lot is also secure.
-Previous manager (Stephanie) gave no trouble, and Marco (maintenance) was kind. Stephanie was always accessible via cell phone, and quick to reply to any concerns I had.
-Apartment had a washer & dryer, a fridge, and dishwasher. Residents pay a community water bill (mine came to about $50/month), and this also covers trash disposal fees (bin in parking lot).
