Vista Pointe is a little oasis!
The location is ideal, the cost matches the amenities and management has been decent, given the circumstances of a pandemic.
The only imperfections were in the amount of maintenance details missed prior to our move-in almost a year ago, requiring many non urgent work orders.
That being said, SHOUTOUT to the new maintenance staff who has gone above and beyond to make us feel at home by taking care of every need promptly and professionally.

I do see a lag in the time it takes for you to file a work order And have it completed. The trees have all been cut previously and the look of the landscape really needs improvement. There should be an online portal where you can register a guest staying overnight And have the option to print out a parking pass at home Instead of contacting the office. Having food and packages delivered to the apartment is very hard for most drivers to find our location, and on top of that you can only enter a gate code on the gate from grand Avenue, there should be a option to enter from both gates With a keypad

I request maintenance for the heater because is not working good since last December until now nobody fix it... David always answer my call and he said l call the maintenance guy and call you back or I call you back tomorrow and he never call you back for how many times that happened and sometimes he said somebody go there to check but nobody come...

I have actually lived at Vista Pointe on two separate occasions. Both times I have enjoyed my stay and have been very happy with the facilities. Both times I lived in 2BD/2BA apartments on the second floor which were nicely remodeled, well maintained, had twelve foot high ceilings in the living room, had sizable private balconies, and were quiet. The gated community has two pools, a gym, lots of pet friendly spaces, washer dryer combos in each apartment (great feature!), and plenty of resident parking. I have had no issues with the management (Vivian and Pamela in the front office have been nothing

We have lived here for almost a year now. Cannot say without hick ups since new management took over. Some maintenance issues still need to be taken care off, and I am sure they will be soon. Had the pleasure of interacting with Vivian Sampson today, and have to say it was exactly that " a pleasure ". She is a gem, very personable and professional. Thank you Vivian, I think upper management is very fortunate to have you on their team.

The apartment charged my elder mother $1200 when leaving this apartment. When I inquired they said, "it was to clean the apartment and change the carpet." $1200 dollars? Really? I feel financially stolen from by this apartment company because I am financially responsible for my ill mother. They charged us one thousand two hundred dollars to clean the apartment and get to carpet with one stain? This was of course IN ADDITION to the rent. We are a financial victim of this place in our time of need.

THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM, I absolutely love living here. The staff is amazing, all so friendly, communicative, and very helpful. The maintenance guys are great. They are so prefessional and fix things immediately.
These apartments are very clean & well kept. I am so lucky to have a washing machine here, it’s great! (Included with unit )

This community is awesome; I have stayed there for 2 years with my family and we really enjoyed our stay. Apartment Manager Nico is a very nice lady, she has helped me beyond expectation for couple times by considering my requirements and arranging exceptions. We will miss this community and friends there.
