Pacific Trails is a great place to live in. I've been living here with my family for the past 5 years and it's a very nice and safe area to live. The manager Yanika is great, she has really turned this place around in the last year and a half, with the renovations and with the people that live here. Im glad we have a great manager now after going through 5 in 1 year before she came. She goes above and beyond for everyone and you will always see her working, overall very great place to live in.

I'm vendor at this property I never seen a manager that cares about her property and residents as much as she does, Everytime I'm there for service and a resident walks in she drops everythig to assist them and there matter as best she can👍🏽!the units here are awesome 5 stars all the way if I could give more I would

I love it here. They are so professional, my apartment is gorgeous inside, and I love that we have our own private backyard. The management is amazing here, they are so nice and attentive. This is a great complex. I just moved here 1 month ago and everyday I feel blessed to love my new home as much as I do. The manager Yanika is top notch, and our maintenance man Chris always has a smile and a hello for you too. If you are considering moving to the area you would make a great choice if you moved here too!

Made an appointment for an 11am viewing with the building manager. Left work early and drove all the way out from Hollywood to make the appointment on time. After 3 calls and 40 minutes of waiting the manager was a complete no call no show. Wasted my time and money and the main office was completely non-apologetic. If this is how they run their business this is not a building anyone would want to live in.

We moved here from out of state in June and really love it here. Our grounds are always tidy and any maintance issues are taken care of right away. The property manager Yanika makes it a point to check in on us here and there since we do not have family here. Thanks for being so welcoming and inviting even after we have moved in! I highly reccomend this property!!

Been here since May of 2016. We saw most of the renovations happen. It’s turned out to be such beautiful apartments. The colors make it stand out. Yanika has been such help since we moved here. Especially when we lived 8 hours away when we first moved in. We did most of the paperwork online. We got approval within 10-15 mins. When we finally made it down she made the transition so easy. It already had a fridge, microwave, and stove. Also has a swimming pool and hot tub. I would recommend these apartments to anybody.

I did live in this place for more than two years, It used to be a very affordable and nice location until REMM GROUP took over the management. Water, Sewer and Garbage used to be included in the rent, until REMM GROUP took over the management. they started increasing the rent crazy, They also started charging their tenants lots of ridiculous fees, like Maintenance fee, sewer fee, pest control fee, you name it !!! They did go very far that they even increase the cost to use their community Coin Laundry!!!

Negatives: Cockroaches. Unexpected water shutoffs (so often.. sometimes without a notice.) due to construction. Seems like the water to my building is shut off weekly. Super crowded due to the city workers. Some tenants do not know how to follow the rules for parking (future resident parking constantly filled during business hours and occasionally see people without handicap sticker parked in handicap spot) but I have yet to see a single violation sticker.
