I have lived in Brookwood Apartment for a year my experience has been wonderful a very quiet place to live to be able to go for a walk at any time is fantastic my family and I are very grateful to Tiffany and Priscila (the office staff) are super kind and very attentive with everything and anything that we need for maintenance respond immediately

I did some work in these condos recently and discovered interesting floorplans and layouts. There are some with single car garage doors that are gigantic inside as they take up the whole footprint of the first floor. They have made laundry rooms as compact as possible and stairmaster a thing of the past. I don't see anyone over 60 moving in with all these stairs.

Tiffany and Priscilla were always so helpful whenever we needed them for concerns or questions. Best office staff I have ever met. The apartments are clean and most neighbors are friendly. I liked that we had a nice walking path and pool. I, especially enjoyed the lounging areas. Overall, I enjoyed living at Brookwood Apartments. It felt very safe.

I have lived in multiple different homes, apartment complexes, communities, etc. in the past 10 years that I have been in the LA area. I have to say, my year and a half at Brookwood was BY FAR the best experience I have had to date. I swear, if it wasn't for work purposes, I would have never left! And am now in a position where I am fighting hard to get back home.
Apartments have a stigma, a sort of "feel" if you will that is expected to be nothing like the homeliness of an actual single family property. Let me tell you, Brookwood has a way of making every unit feel

While no place is perfect, the staff here is always attentive and striving to make living here the best experience possible. The layout of the apartment (1 bed and den) has such a great flow and feels more spacious than its square footage. While I haven't lived at many apartment communities, I've toured enough floorplans to know that this beats out many others, especially at this price point. The layout of the grounds with its paths and grass lawns help you forget that you're next to a busy street (the street noise is really only noticeable when people drive by with their overcompensating mufflers

An apartment worth living in Covina and surroundings. Management is awesome and they are very helpful. Services get resolve very quickly. Cleanliness is always there, sometimes we are bit worried with security but that’s more because of neighborhood. But still given a chance to live in that region we will be back in Brookwoods.

We called Brookwood Apartments home for over two years and it was a great place to live. I want to especially shout out Tiffinie, the apartment manager, who is the nicest person you will ever meet and somehow she is able to remember everyone's name with hundreds of residents! Tiffinie and all of her staff were always very helpful and prompt whenever we needed any sort of maintenance with our apartment. The grounds were beautifully kept and our apartment itself was great, and we had very minimal things that needed maintenance during our time there. I would definitely recommend living here.

I've lived at Brookwood for a year now. Sadly I will need to leave and move to a different city. I rented a one bedroom upstairs. The set up is great. There is a pool, gym, and a club room. The apartment is pet friendly, if you love dogs and cats you will get all the feels here. I love seeing the dogs outside and the cats are super chill. Everyone is very nice and respectful. The apartment I was in was not updated and honestly it doesn't even matter, it still looked really good. The apartment complex is located off a busy street, I have never had issues with noise. Ive only been living here less then 2 years and there have been multiple robberies reported in the parking complex. The other week, they stole the car of the neighbor living across from me. They have just broken into my girlfriends vehicle the other night for the second time. Its a pretty unsafe environment at night time. I come home late from work and I often watch helplessly as the bums go in and out so fast, its pointless to call for help. - First week I moved in, the electricity went out on certain outlets (which became a recurring problem) and I had to move my entire fridge so that my food wouldn't spoil.
- They leave notes on your door that don't make any sense. Many times they left notes about pressure washing or something to do with parking after it had already been done. (No heads up, whatsoever)
- THERE IS NO GUEST PARKING. My boyfriend would come to visit and would park in an unoccupied space and would get notes about having his car

My girlfriend lived here for a couple years and during that time her car got broken into several times as well as mine. The area is full of homeless people and they find no problem getting in, even though it is supposed to be gated.
There is no guest parking so if you want to live here, plan that you can never have anyone over! And if you park in the empty spaces they will tow your car!

VERY UNHEALTHY LIVING CONDITIONS . . . You can't tell what's inside the book just from looking at the cover you have to read it first .. First I've been living here for more than 2 years and then I found out that there was a black mold problem inside my unit and next to mine .. so they moved me into another unit and now I'm facing Air conditioning problems, I've brought up to the management a few weeks ago and numerous of times after and yet it still has not been fixed .. If you try to complain or address your issues to The management you are going to find out how difficult

My wife and I have been residents at Brookwood for over a year, and are mostly happy with the premises. Although the apts are not new, we like the design and like the landscaping. We love the greenery. When repairs are needed Tiffinie does her best to resolve things quickly. We think she does a very good job. But sometimes things are dependent upon whether she gets the resources to fix the issue. The new doggy area is a recent addition that is a good fix and nice upgrade. So our thoughts are, if owners or upper management read this is- give Tiffinie the resources she needs and she will take good

We've lived in this apartment for a year and were extremely happy there. If we didn't need to move closer to work, we would stay.
The managers are very responsive to any problems. Tiffanie and Anna are both very sweet and helpful and treated us like family.
The finishes in our apartment were fairly basic, but we were also only paying $1360/ month and we did not get an increase when our 1 year lease was up.
The improvements on the clubhouse and throughout the complex are beautiful and I wish we could be there to enjoy them more.

I've lived at the Brookwood Apartments for 1 year now. I've had no problems while living here and my experience has been great. The complex is clean, quiet and kept up very well. That was the first thing I noticed the first time I came here. I looked at many different apartment complexes and this one definitely stood out. That hasn't changed in the year that I've been here. The complex is kept up nicely, I've never had any issues with parking, or any issues with neighbors or noise.

I moved in about 5 months ago with a 6 months lease in a two bedroom apartment unit because at first I was sketchy of the property/management and did not wanted to get tied into a 1 year lease. I waited to have enough time living in the property to provide a more realistic review rather than blast a bad review for someone not answering my call at the property.

Terrible and unreliable communication from leasing office. My fiancé and I were invited to view an apartment at 9 am on Sunday. We drive 30 miles only to find out that the person who was suppose to show us the apartment was not coming in for the day. It would've been nice to receive a courtesy call. Brookwood Apartments will be crossed off our apartment hunting list.
