The training process is rushed and they expect you to learn it within a couple of weeks. The supervisors and smes don’t know anything so there’s no point in asking them. They are rude and completely stupid! Don’t waste your time applying to this company. They said you’ll receive an extra amount of money after completing training but when you ask about it they don’t know what you’re talking about. They are LIARS, this company honestly needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!

If I could leave this company with 0 stars it would be amazing. This company not only sends you counterfeit checks but, they will take another extra $1,500 from you after they threatened me to send the money they send you back. Thats how they get you so, id they send you a check and you deposit it DO NOT TOUCH IT after 5 business days to make sure it bounces. Fake company, dont work here.

If I could leave a no stars I would. This company is the worst company I have ever heard from. I missed one day of training due to a family emergency and told them the reason they said it was fine to only get a email saying i was terminated. If you have another job opportunity take it. Don’t work for this company unless you want to be fired for no reason. Luckily I have a BETTER job opportunity!

This is the most unprofessional job offer I’ve ever had! I’ve had my work equipment and set everything up for over a week and I’ve called and left voicemails everyday for my next steps and no one has reached back out to me not a call back or even an email. I am so disappointed in this company it makes no sense why send me the equipment and put me through all this make me spend money to set up an office just to not reply I’m so confused and disappointed, I’m sending there equipment back TODAY.

So far I am in the onboarding and I am UPSET! I sat at the clinic 2 hours waiting on the form for me to do my drug test just for the job to say they never received it or my background check and unenrolled me from training. I reached out and supposedly HR is looking into it. I’m told to still attend orientation yet I have NO LINK and received a new email for a background and drug screening and it’s just not happening I did everything in a timely manner!!

Would give five stars if I could return part time. Left on good terms, was told to reach out to HR for part time position. Shonee H was my super. To my face she seemed cool as heck, but not sure why I haven't heard back at all, after they said I am rehireable. I'm hoping it's s miscommunication and that I hear back. Love this job and the people. Very little tech issues like at home jobs usually have.

They literally fired me on my second day of training for no reason at all and told me to reach out to HR and HR did not explain anything! THE WORST PART IS I TURNED DOWN ANOTHER JOB OFFER TO WORK FOR THEM!!!100% don’t recommend! Any selfish company like this does not deserve workers!

I currently work for this job now and I am also looking for other job offers! They will get rid of you unexpectedly then tell you to reapply when they really need help during open enrollment not caring that people have kids and bills! You can give your all to this company and they still don’t care! Some of the supervisors are understanding but you have some that can care less and instead of helping you and pointing out the good you do they bash you and want you to feel bad about yourself! To be honest I don’t recommend anyone working for this company well working from home for them! I give

If you’re looking for a quick paycheck and not looking to settle and grow within a company this is the job fir you! Let’s start with training class, the class sizes are upward of 500 and makes the material nearly impossible to learn. The first three weeks of training are nothing but three weeks worth of system issues, due to their systems not being able to handle the capacity of people they are hiring. It’s ridiculous and a revolving door. When it comes time to actually speak with members you have no clue what to do, because you’ve been locked out of the system for three weeks
