Thanks to my Attorney Mr Michael Spychalski and my able para-legal Susan La Valley for a job well done! Made me feel forgotten about several times. Ask me for thousands of dollars even though I was an immigrant and could not work in the United States. Even having borrowed over $5,000 to pay them to get me my green card... I'm still here with nothing. My green card was mailed to the wrong address and in order to get a new one they asked me to pay them… almost $2,000 ... when I asked why I was having to pay so much even though I'd already paid them to be hired the guy laughed at me and just told me it was their fee and the government fee. So now I have no green card even though I was approved

I would give -5 stars if I could . The communication is almost nonexistent. They will takes days to return a phone call . They said my case was awaiting interview but once I check online it said I had been missing documents since may 2020 . I have had many different paralegals on my case . I don't even know who is my lawyer. The girl who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional when I asked to speak to management she hung up . She refused to give me any info on how to contact management. Please run from this place.

I have an ongoing case pending with your Houston firm and so far the communication from the paralegal, case manager and attorney has been disappointing. I thought my attorney was Ms. Bailey but I guess she left the practice at some point (since I was not emailing the right person). I have yet to meet the attorney that is handling my case. I called a couple weeks ago to try and schedule an appointment with my attorney but was denied by the case manager because my concerns didn't meet the criteria to meet with the attorney. From the very first email I sent to the legal team I noticed the communication
